Beautiful finished product. I have a few saws that I may end up restoring, mostly those with sentimental value.
I enjoy dragging too many of them out into the woods to earn their keep!
What you reveal is a labor of love. Thanks for sharing your work, nicely done. Take Care & Be Blessed!

Hey Huck im planning on rebuilding a P41 or 51
would you be able to give me some tips on how you did yours?
I was wondering if you had custom gaskets made and if you bought crank barings from a general bareing supply. where you found crank seals and what about the top end with the piston and rings and wrist pin needle bareings and all that even the cylindar did you get the crome reapplied?
I am very interested it getting into doing this and i have a few to get started

I left the crankcase together . I had an NOS piston and cylinder . What gaskets I used wear NOS as well . Some times you can find parts on ebay .
