On my UK A6 c6 2.0 TDI manual 2009. At full thread depth Inside the filler hole the lower half seems to be a solid part of the casing or to that effect. Just pushing a filling hose in to thread depth meant some fluid seemed to go in and more would pour out. If you can flex the hose in the top half of the hole all the fluid goes in. As I got to the end of 3 litres (3 came out) I had to wait for the fluid to settle. Hope this is useful.
Yeah that’s would be fine to do that , then just leave it to settle with no more dripping out 👍👍

goodnight friend . Congratulations for your video. My Audi is A4 Avant 1.8 petrol. I don't know if your exchange is the same as mine. Mine is tiptronic CVT (with gearshift also on the steering wheel). Can you point me to a video that shows how the exchange is done, step by step, thank you in advance.

Why would one change the oil, is it preventative?
there isn't a service interval for the oil, just preference really.. personally ive never done mine & im on 150,000 miles at the mo.. this is one that I look after and its done 260,000 miles so he wanted it doing 👍
Hi, I accidently bumped on your video. I have an Audi A4,b7 quattro TDI 2007. I can feel something like yerking every time I shift gears, I have been told that that is normal with Audi, but i suspect that maybe oil change in gearbox could help ? What do you think? Thankfully your Bosnian fan. 😊

How often does that need replacing in a TDI
I’m not sure if that have an exact interval , usually just get replaced if there’s an issues .. personally I’d recommend replace every 5 years , 60,000 miles whichever comes first
GL5 or GL4 Oil? I put GL5 but mechanic told me GL5 will wear bronze synchronizer?
Auto data lists VW G 052 911 A SAE 75W-90 as the correct spec
do you know if the VW spec is grade GL-4 or GL-5 as I'm conscious of gear sycroniser wear also, cheers @@diydaly
Nice job to do I guess, just to keep it running ok, especially of you but a car and have no idea when it was done/how full it is. Prevention is better than the cure.
👌👍 yeah that don’t have an interval but always nice to change it and check for any metal filings etc
