Hey Xaine, do you know about the fabricator glitch? Easiest glitch in game to do for endless items. Place fabs on a freighter, both red and green, empty them out, then just go to the hangar area, come back and viola. The fabs have reset.
Wow Xaine awesome guide thanks for all that work🙏 For blueprints I normally just find six manufacturing facilities on a planet and mark them with a beacon then keep reciting them every few hours once they reset 😂 I find it quicker and easier than searching for new ones.
IF YOU WANT TO SELL THINGS WITHOUT THEIR VALUE GOING DOWN, GO TO SPACE STATION AND SELL TO THE NPCS THAT LAND THEIR SHIPS THEIR. THE VALUE WILL STAY THE SAME
I've literally been playing game for 70 hours and thought I was so awesome with my 20,000,000 units then some guy comes buy and gives me 30 of those that are worth 78,000,000 units for a stack of 5. I immediately felt like the biggest noob.
Yeah all you have to do is find something expensive and make a farm to give u the resources to craft it then ur rich, activated indium farms are also good and easy to set up.
@Xaine's World Yes sir. I am late to the party. Got game pass so I got it free. But your voice is always so calm that you’re easy to understand. So thank you I just found you I just subscribed
Following Xaine’s guide for Stasis Device farming, I broke down the farming for a more casual experience. I play a few hours every day so at best I have maybe one manufacturing run per day, far below the potential of Xaine’s method. The smallest easily divisible number of stasis devices you can make per day is 8 per 16 hours, limited by the growth rate of Cactus Flesh. It breaks down below for a single run per day: For every 1/2 Bio-Dome’s worth of Cactus Flesh (8 planting spots out of 16) you need: 1 Bio-Dome of Gutrot Flower 3 Bio-Domes of Frostwort 4 Bio-Domes of Gamma Weed 2 Bio-Domes of Solar Vine 4 Bio-Domes of Star Bramble 400 Dioxite @ 25 / hour 4000 Nitrogen @ 250 / hour 400 Paraffinium @ 25 / hour 400 Phosphorus @ 25 / hour 4000 Radon @ 250 / hour 2000 Sulphrine @ 125 / hour 1440 Oxygen @ 90 / hour (To make 2400 Condensed Carbon & 1200 Ionized Cobalt) The rates per hour are the minimum rates of mining you’ll need to have the required materials needed for harvesting every 16 hours. Most of these you can easily hit with a single Industrial Extractor, just be sure you have the necessary supply depots to hold what you need. Make sure to keep at least 1 Condensed Carbon and 1 Ionized Cobalt in your inventory at all times to refine with Oxygen. Keeping extra of these 3 elements is recommended. The more Condensed Carbon and Ionized Cobalt you have in your inventory to refine with Oxygen at the start, the less oxygen you’ll use to make the needed mats here. Each run will net you about 124.8 mil units per 8 Stasis Devices. From here, scaling up daily runs is as simple as multiplying by whole numbers. Follow Xaine’s Guide for the rest.
You need 4000 sulphurine per day, same as nitrogen and radon. 1 stasis device costs equal amounts of each so I'm not sure why you said you only need half.
Your stuff is slow using the refiner is still faster. Than waiting for plans to grow. You can stack mining extractors I have 1,125 per hour. 8 hours fills 10,750 nitrogen for me. Using gold, silver & indium in a big refiner gives out 30 chromatic mental. From 3 pieces of each thats 10x more. Nitrogen salts are fastest to make in a large refiner you can make 10 in like under 2 minutes.
Hey Xaine! I’ve finally finished my very own farm thanks entirely to this guide, my current character has about 80 hours on him and probably 15-20 of that was spent working on this farm and figuring out all the complexities involved. Extremely well written guide and I’ve finally sold my first 64x stack of stasis devices!
@@XainesWorld does any of this need to be updated. I'm a new 30hr in three days player and I'm aware there's a lot of new stuff to the game. August 2022
@@FrozenFlames luckily there are only minor inaccuracies even after all this time, so like the standing planter blueprint has been available to all since just after this released, and you can now get the blueprints from the anomaly without having to go to manufacturing facilities. Also diminishing returns were added for large farms on hotspots but it doesn't affect the 64 stasis device plan in the video. Most other things are just additional things added so not changing how this works so you can still use it to great success, which I'm super happy about a few years on :)
THE THING IS IT MAXES OUT AT 4.294.967.295 IF YOU SELL ANYTHING AFTER THAT IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING UNLESS YOU SPEND SOME THEN YOU CAN GO BACK UP TO 4.294 BILL
Started playing NMS last week. I stumbled across your guide. And the thought of having a farm system that could create this wealth seemed amazing, there was an initial information overload. However a couple of days later and quite a few listen throughs, I now have built the full farm! This has to be the best online guide for pretty much anything I’ve come across, it’s essentially the bible for NMS. The work and passion that went into this guide is amazing, will be looking at your other work. Thanks so much
Me after seeing this recommended video: "Oh yea! Bout to get me a NICE frieghter for once" Me after seeing this chart @1:54: "My frieghter aint so bad"
@Jayden Your freighter is literally a mobile base. You can access all of your storage containers and once you get the teleporter you can access everything without landing in it as long as it's in your system its like the most useful feature in the game tbh
This is so immensely helpful. Putting the finishing touches on a slightly reduced scale farm in Permadeath, 32x per day is fair enough for me! Thank you fellow traveller.
Finally finished my stasis farm recently. I would not have been able to do it without this guide! Thanks! It was actually fun to make the farm! I had been wanting to build one for quite a while.
The wealth of advanced information in this video is fantastic, you answered so many questions I never bothered to look up or couldn't understand the answers that I did find. Thank you.
This video is great, I have absolutely no plan to ever make stasis devices but I watched this video because I knew he would mention 10-20 things about the game that I didnt know and it paid off. I never knew why I could only find nitrogen, he answered that The translation device do not stack, which i'm pretty sure means you only need the S-class tanslator and the others are pointless at that point but here I am with all 3 installed. Certain buildings spawn on planets in a line. AND MANNNNY MOREEEEEE Great video and thanks for the info.
Wow! To call this the Stasis Device Farming Mega-Guide doesnt do it justice. Its a Mega Guide for NMS of breathtaking scope. Well done and cheers. 👍👍👍👍👍
WOOT, i made it in the video haha! Hellz yea man, badass guide! I can see why it took so long lol! Best guide yet by far mah dude. Big props to you and all you do!!
Hot damn bud, I cant thank you enough for this guide. There wasn't just one thing I learned, I learned several things. Subbed, liked, shared, and added to my playlist!
I just stumbled upon this super in depth guide as a new player, watched it all the way to the end, understood 1/5th of it but man am I grateful it exists. Truly you did a fantastic job!
That was me too. I then started with an easier (less than 4billion units) guide, made that, then when I was dissatisfied with how much work making a stasis device actually is vs the income, I'm now developing this (and understanding it perfectly). Gotta practise a bit. It's like coding :D
If you use the scanner in an exocraft, you can speed up the process of hunting out the manufacturing facilities. Usually it'll put them within 5 mins drive to where you are, so you can scan, call in your ship and within 30 seconds can be at the next facility
Bio-domes can now be double stacked without glitching, you can plant even in sites obscured by stairs, and you can even run around inside the upper domes if you link them in the same way as the lower level. I'm mostly building Stasis Devices and Fusion Igniters to use up the Geodesite and Iridesite I've been accumulating from freighter missions. In a few days since I finished my bio-dome farm, I've gone from around 5 storage containers full of various components for them, to a couple of storage containers half full of Stasis Devices and Fusion Igniters, a few more days and I should be able to sell them all and get a reprieve from my chronic hoarding problem. *8') Thanks for all of the help getting this up and running.
Im practically begging man, i could give a lot of salvaged data or maybe something else? Its hard to give something worth more than a statis device but maybe i could give a lot of warp cells so you dont have to worry about that for a while or just like 500 salvaged data so you dont have to go out mining all the time. I would really like to hear anything you would like for 1 statis device.
@@testuser9878 I don't fuckin blame you for wanting to dupe it. This fucking Stasis Device Farm takes HOURS. For someone with a busier schedule, yeah I'd like to dupe the shit too. Activated Indium farm is easy tho and next best thing
@@NateL-eg6rn I did, parts of the farm is a bit off due to patches, checked up only on my farms about 4 weeks ago (at the time of this reply) but I’m not sure which ones, might be something on my end though
Got it set up. Took about a week. Found my system in Eissentam. It's pretty cool having infinite money. I think I'm going to go sit in the nexus and give away stasis device stacks to new players!
@Toryhan Ferguson its pretty much finishing the game, end game crafting, and to achieve it you pretty much need every thing in the game, some might say this dosnt take long, but the reality is it does, its easy to get distracted in this game as thats what its all about. so achieving this takes a very long time with a dedicated mind. for some its not worth the time and effort. But its safe to say if you can comfortably make stasis devices, youll never be at a disadvantage for the rest of no mans sky's life
@@fessy4 i just put this to the test. i made the whole stasis device farm when i got access to the anomaly. it took me 2 days of 6 hours each day to complete it and optimize it. in my opinion worth it.
@@fessy4 "Its pretty much finishing the game, end game crafting" Lmfao who's ass did you pull that one out of? "You pretty much need everything in the game" Not even close "achieving this takes a very long time with a dedicated mind" Hahaha what? You can get the full recipes in an hour and then you have to visit a whopping 4-5 different planets for the plants and collect the gas and the rest is common materials. What the fuck are you on about?
fessy4 I just started playing Sunday and I now have every blueprint to create stasis devices as well as build the farm. All I need to do is find a place to put it and set it in motion. In only 5 days I've gotten every blueprint from a manufacturing center possible and gotten the building blueprints as well at the ship, inventory space, and money to support it all. 2 billion units. And considering I just starting getting the blueprints today it only took hours. The reality is it doesn't take long at all for a dedicated mind.
It's a lot easier than you think. First, build a farm for each resource or one BIG farm for all resources, then just collect the resources as you play and you'll eventually have what you need to build a Stasis device. Building the farms is half the fun, I just wish there was better automation and better storage options, but I've not played in a year so somethings may have changed. If you've not got any of the blueprints to build structures or advanced devices than I'd recommend finishing the games 3 main quest first, they only take 30 - 40hrs then you should have everything you need to start farming.
This video is so crammed pack with info in a easy to follow setup for a brand new player, and that tip about stacking your automatic farming units, I would give you a badge for That if i could Good Sir
Dude this is super cool and I wish I had money to give you. The biggest and most comprehensive video guide I have ever seen. I was curious so I typed in "How to get the best item in no man's sky" and I was not expecting a 1.5 hour, fully explained guide on how to farm stasis devices. Thank you so much I'm sure I will use this once I progress more in the game (I just started a few days ago). I just wish I could return the favor. Have an amazing day and thank you so much once again.
This was a fantastic guide video! Great quality, your explanations are concise and informative, and gives the viewer a real sense of agency, that we can do this too. I've greatly enjoyed your other guides and this one really outperforms the others. (Also nice to see you not requiring the use of refiners for the gas products, ie Nitrogen Salt, as that can be tedious and unsafe for so many.)
Thx Xaine for this awesome guide. I built the farm on PS4 and just finished my first harvest. Took just a few hours to set up, so definitely recommended, cause the payout is worth it!
Very nice guide, thank you! Setting my farm up in Eissentam at the moment. I found a nice system with everything needed. Cobalt/Oxygen on the Lush/Paradise planet. Can provide coordinates if someone needs.
This is one hell of a guide I can not imagine how long this took to put together. I think I will stick to my activated indium farm as you can simply buy cheap ships and then scrap them to get the storage augmentations but I appreciate this guide.
@@TakeARideWithMe Go to a blue system and look for an extreme planet you will know by scanning the planet and you will see activated indium. Find the hot spots for me I use a A class for both power and the activated indium. They should be within 1000 u's of each other. Set up a base computer and then start pumping out the electrical power generators mineral extractors and supply depots as many as you can make. I like to do it in a rich korvax system because I essentially go to war with the korvax and attack freighters for the chromatic metal and magnetized ferite to make the miners and power. I like to set up short range teleports between the hotspots to make traveling to each easier and I set up a centralized platform for all my supply depots right above the base computer that way I can teleport in and gather all the AI. I produce about 150k of AI and I make over 100 million units in a couple hours it just depends on how many of the mineral extractors and supply depots you make.
@@TakeARideWithMe For the ship portion I go to the space station and buy A class starships for 2-4 million a pop I then scrap them and then sell off the tech modules for nanites. You should get most of the money invested into the ship back when you scrap them and you will be getting tons of ship storage modules about 2 per ship. After upgrading all of my star ships to max inventory I will then start looking for S class ships to buy then I will max out those because scrapping ships gives you money based off of how many slots they have. I will usually profit about 100 million units per S class ship that I sell back. This is usually just to recoup any losses I took to actually get all the storage slots but you end up making a lot of profit. It is way cheaper in the long run to buy cheap A class ships for the Storage augmentations instead of outright buying them. It can take a little bit of time but in my opinion it is much better to scrap ships for the slots instead of buying them outright. Hope what I wrote made sense it is late for me here if you have any questions feel free to ask.
@@lorddurden4189 You're luckier than I am. I almost never got a storage augmentation on an A class ship. I found a video a while back that had 2 S class exotics in a space station. I scrapped those 2 ships for hours. I upgraded multiple ships with the storage augmentations I got. I've currently got around 40 storage augmentations and no ships to upgrade. I also upgraded multiple ships with all the S class upgrades I got. I've actually still got a storage container full of S class upgrades even after I sold a whole bunch of them.
This guide is FANTASTIC... I wish this had been available a long time ago, as I only recently learned about those recipes you can obtain but only from certain maps you get from cartographer. Thanks so much again.
Just finished mine. I did the crops last so I’m gonna let them grow overnight. It took a long long time, but it was fun. Hopefully it was worth the grind.
I have this MASSIVE crop farm that consists of SEVERAL biodomes, each of which has 16 instances of one plant. So, one biodome has 16 Frostworts, one has 16 Solar Vines, one has 16 Echinocacti, etc. Oh, and I even have a biodome with 16 Gravitino Hosts! And, I have one of those Galactic Trade Terminals in the Circular Room that's directly underneath that one. To get the full 16-plant capacity out of your biodome, you need to access it by ladder instead of by door. The way to do that is by placing the biodome on top of a Circular Room. Then, place the ladder in the middle of said Circular Room.
Excellent guide. There are a few points in this guide that should be restated here because they are so important: 1. The importance of maxing out your optical drill with other mining attachments cannot be overstated. It's 100% necessary for harvesting the royal mint properly. 2. The mass harvester in a bio-dome applies over an area, not limited to just the bio-dome but extending to any additional (phased/glitched) crops in that area. 3. Macros. If you're on PC, they will be life-saving. Look into the AutoHotKey scripts Xaine provided. Seriously. The Golden Royal Mint project was a massive undertaking. In celebration of the project's completion and Xaine's completion of this (massive) guide, I will be giving away over 1000 stasis devices in the anomaly on PC, normal. Keep an eye out for Kruse002.
As a new player, this amazes me to no end and showcases the potential depth of this game. truly, those people that say this game has no depth didn't play long enough.
I’ve been playing about a week (60 hours on my save, not much else going on) somewhere around 20-30 hours I discovered the mineral/gas extractors and electromagnetic and found a nice moon to settle on. Around 40 hours I was getting my first few millions, then I discovered chromatic expansion and started working on blueprints, around 50 hours I started putting all my pieces together and I’ve got about 8 quantum processors, still need a few blueprints, but I’ve got some stockpiles for when the time comes. This video was really informative, even for a console player, and it makes me realize endgame isn’t just beating the story or buying S-class, upgrading everything costs billions. I’m starting to think about eventually finding colonized worlds, would be nice to find a residential system with many player homes on it, and have a giant production facility tucked away somewhere I can teleport to when I need money. The possibilities are really seeming endless.
I've just been completely BLOWN AWAY!! Having put aside NMS from 2018, NMS is now AMAZING. I for one will help in your efforts. Just introduced my eight year old Grand son and let him play these last two day. So I reloaded my two year old save file and started flying about to find my freighter and ships. Found everything so I for one can't wait to immerse again.
This guide is so in depth and complete... that I am absolutely overwhelmed xD I will have to take a look at the written guide and hopefully manage to grasp it xD I kinda don't need or want to have this massive a farm but I do want to be able to make the things to make me have a steady input of credits when needed and just have free units for visitors... Thank you very much for this guide to all who were involved !!! It is an awesome guide and it is really in depth and complete! I learned a lot from this and I'm not talking about the stasis farm but just all the separate parts of it !
Keep seeing posts on reddit about farms and well this is just something I was not expecting, absolutely mad amount of work. Genius, something I could never do not even with this guide
This is kind of the peak, it's quite complicated and equally an achievement as much as for the production of units, there are lots more, but I made this guide in such a way that you can just take a section at a time and just the ones you want, so you could use this just to learn about the mechanics of hotspots or industrial mining etc and ignore the rest :)
This is an incredible amount of information, much of which is useful even outsideof this specific farm. Heck, 300 hours in, and I didn't know what barrel fabricators did. Huge thanks to everyone who worked on this guide.
Update: Seeing the glitched gardens, I wondered if the wire glitch could be used to maximize harvests. Turns out, it can be, but with an extra step. Wires can't be initially placed inside of a dome, however, by building a light and attaching a wire to it, the wire glitch can then be used to place plants everywhere inside the dome. Just have to start the wire glitch by creating a wire on the light. I tested the harvest, and all glitched plants were collected as well (same as with the stacked domes). Using this, only one dome should be necessary per plant, though might even be ramped up to one dome total (not sure how the game would handle that many plants harvested at once, but in theory, one dome would work)
Update2: Just tested some more, and lights are unneccessary, the 'plugin' on the dome itself works fine. Also tested stacking plants, and it looks like clipping plants into each other is difficult, to say the least. There is a large-ish area around the plant where the wire can be placed, leaving quite a bit of space between plants. Still making for a ton of plant capacity per dome, as the plants can be placed on top of each other and connected to the glass of the dome. It's really wild to look at.
Thank you, it took a while lot of work to do, it's my biggest project so far :) And aye, wire glitching can be used to increase the yield, As wire glitching is too bothersome for most, I settled for explaining the glitch briefly and the mechanics of the done harvesting so those that may wish to do it would have the tools, and decided against an extra section for it. I will be employing wire glitching to glitch hundreds of plants into a single dome in the UASs 6 biome system for the depots, if all goes to plan, they all be perfectly glitched inside of each other and will just look like a normal single filled dome, but harvesting will give thousands
@@XainesWorld Fair to only include the one method, having every possible useful glitch would make the video several times longer, I'm sure. Thank you again for this guide, too, I learned quite a bit more than expected. You certainly earned the subscription
2 years later and this guide is still helping ppl (cough, me) make farms! Sold my first 60 stasis devices today and ooo it felt good. 4 less because i am not good with following instructions exactly, and somehow i have 60k more nitrogen in my inventory.... i think it accidentally duped somewhere there XD
Dont waste units buying ship slots!!! Just buy and scrap A class ships, you get storage modules all day long. Some give two!! But yeah, either way, youre gonna need tons of units anyway lol. Ive never gotten more than one factory override unit though at a time. But for real, really nice video!! Excellent guide, hell yeah!! I wish i had the patience to build a massive farm. Ive got 10 biodomes and like 20 planters, got nipnip finally, but i only make about 20-30 million a day. Im only 280 hours deep, so im still kinda into going out and harvesting the plants for making stuff by hand on the planets. Got a maxed out S class exotic ship though, im super proud of that. Took weeks of real life to finally max it out. Now im goin around and maxing out the modules, for the very very best stats ever. Cause all ive got is time. Wish work didnt get in the way every day! 😂
I got one once on a anomaly. Some random dude was doing the duplication thing and he gave one to me. And went from 100 000 units to 2 000 000 units in one day
Two years later, third time watching, this video is amazing and for a semi-new player like myself, looks like an incredibly fun challenge. Much love sir 🙏
Looking forward to setting up the hotkeys on my keyboard (Logitech g510) for easy glitching of base items. Looks like its gonna save me a ton of time. :D
@@XainesWorld I ended up adding a macro for wire glitch on your macro page if you wanna use it. its in the comments under my real name (Brandyn) apparently logitech doesnt like the AHK timings.
Thank you for this video! I will be making my first round of stasis devices tomorrow evening and I couldn't have done it without this. EDIT: All of the farms work perfectly, except they removed the way you can get more crops with the multi-tool upgrade. So if you make the farm just be prepared to either harvest the crops twice or just make more bio domes.
Also with the red barrels. If you have them in your freighter they will reset each time you start a fleet mission. I have 5 fleet command centers onboard so I can start a mission, collect the barrels, start another mission, repeat until the max of 5 missions are active and you have quickly collected all of your barrels 5x Update: they also reset whenever you warp the freighter
Is this still required? I wasn’t fully listening and I think the barrels were for nav data so he could unlock blueprints from a manufacturing facility, however u can just buy the blueprints with nanites
@@snailgrease7076 ya it was just for nav data. But the barrels are pretty great on a freighter if you have enough of them. Think I have 14 and every time you warp they reset, literally gave me back all and more antimatter and housing to make warp drives then I used travelling and I jumped Probably 75 times looking for the perfect system lol
I've been playing this game since I got it and playing random videos on NMS on autoplay. This video came up and as you were explaining the 3 required planet types I checked in the system I was in on a whim, and somehow I was in the perfect system. Sweet.
im making this in 2024 and im wondering how you get the supply depots for the gasses to hold 32,000 of them. I have multiple supply depots down with a max of only 8,000 sulphurine.
There is a glitch that allows you to stack multiples on top of each other. You can link them together into a single pipe. I've not been able to do it yet, but there are videos that show how.
Built this farm on console and it works nicely - having it make 32 devices per day because that's all the bases can handle w/o crashing. Something of note for the other console users: The game forgets to load some of the plants in the domes when you warp to those particular farms. I split mine into 3 separate bases to get as many spawned in as I can, but there are times where it'll still not load them. A quick fix is to put down a save point near the ends of each path to load those domes first with a manual reload; it seems to do the trick.
Beautiful guide, however, I am struggling to recreate this, even using the text guide. I'd love to see a video on base layouts so I have something to try and recreate.
When I was a new player I was running around on the Nexus for the first time and a player transfered ~5 stacks of stasis devices to my inventory which was all I had open at the time. I freaked out seeing the price and although I appreciated the generosity I wanted to experience the game legitimately so I kept transferring them back. At the end I kept one stack and ended up putting it in a storage container when I unlocked it. Since I wanted to max out the starting ship and keep it around eventually I allowed myself to use half a stack on ship slots since inventory space was very restrive and insanely expensive to upgrade. I still have that have a stack sitting in my storage container to this day. Might use them eventually. Thank you, kind, random people I don't know why you kept chasing me trying to give me stuff when I started the when I visited the Nexus the first few days but I put the stuff to good use that I didn't give back
On the rare occasions I've played with network enabled, I've been given materials, and I could never tell if it was just largesse, or some attempt at communication, given that there seems no way to talk directly, like in ED. Last time was during the Polestar expedition, and I managed to get on another player's freighter, fulfilling the hospitality section, but I don't know if he/she could visit mine, or needed to. I suppose if more direct communication were possible, it might be subject to abuse. Or is it already, and I'm a noob in that regard as well?
@@joekilker6373 There is both text chat, emotes and voice chat in the game. I believe voice chat is optional to enable and works all platforms when you party up with someone since I had someone from Xbox teach me how to get large amount of nanites for 3 hours when I admitted what I was working on to someone at the Nexus. Many people are ridiculously nice that you'll meet in the game. I think text chat might be a PC exclusive feature where PC players can type in it and console players can see it but can't type back since that's just how it is on a lot of console games even though consoles support USB keyboards too. Emotes are on all platforms obviously. When people give away stuff it is for a variety of reasons, often they want to be nice and share a big farm they just created, a lot of times they'll do it to be helpful when they see someone has a starter ship radiant pillar, or if they have no use for an item and think someone else might need it.
Duplicate Starship AI Valves... They are worth 50 million each and you can stack 5 in your exosuit/ship inventory, 10 in cargo and 20 in storage containers. If you have 0 units, you only need to sell 43 of them to get max units.
I really have to start playing this awesome game again! (after exams ;D) Have you thought about making the parts separate daily videos, so that you can profit off of the youtube algorithm?
more indepth standalone guides will be coming for a number of the subject within that take the section from this guide and go broader on the subject. tl;dr kinda yeah lol :)
I have never been good at base building in any game, and I'm relatively new to No Man's Sky (seriously, it's this and Tik Tok that's keep me sane) This has really inspired me. I'm in the process of looking for a system right now for a stasis device farm. Thank you for this.
I am only 1 minute 13 seconds into this video and I subbed right away after seeing that you gave us all the time stamps, I LOVE that, so cheers and stay safe :)
The best way to upgrade your starship inventories space is to buy A and S class ships and scrap them to get storage augmentation. from my experience it's 0-1 for A class and 1-2 for S class. This way can cost under 5 million per slot. Your'e welcome.
Ah yes, because what kid doesn’t understand concepts like anti-matter, light speed, and the existential dread that the universe itself provides? And don’t forget the radiation!
Amazing, professional, in depth guide. You obviously did a lot of work on this. I wish I had watched it before I set everything up, although what I did was similar (3 bases in those different biomes). The main difference is that all my bases are powered by solar and batters and are a lot less efficient since I didn’t have your knowledge.
love the video mate.. a massive effort, has given me something to strive toward. Currently have all the recipes, found my system. built the farms on my lush.. looking forward to producing my first SD

Hey Xaine, do you know about the fabricator glitch? Easiest glitch in game to do for endless items. Place fabs on a freighter, both red and green, empty them out, then just go to the hangar area, come back and viola. The fabs have reset.
Aye, you don't even need to do that, could just keep rebuilding them and taking them down
Wow Xaine awesome guide thanks for all that work🙏 For blueprints I normally just find six manufacturing facilities on a planet and mark them with a beacon then keep reciting them every few hours once they reset 😂 I find it quicker and easier than searching for new ones.

My man's is a beast
I've literally been playing game for 70 hours and thought I was so awesome with my 20,000,000 units then some guy comes buy and gives me 30 of those that are worth 78,000,000 units for a stack of 5. I immediately felt like the biggest noob.
Yeah all you have to do is find something expensive and make a farm to give u the resources to craft it then ur rich, activated indium farms are also good and easy to set up.
Lol the exact same happened to me
A guy once gave me 500 million... I only had 10 hours at the time and didn't even know what to do.
Just do cobalt to get started
@Joe. Biden you can get to a point where that isn’t even worth doing anymore. Wish they’d uncap the unit cap, I’d be a trillionaire by now
The most in depth and helpful guide there is and ever was. Your efforts definitely come through here Xaine! We are grateful for your hard work!!
@Xaine's World
Yes sir.
It breaks down below for a single run per day:
For every 1/2 Bio-Dome’s worth of Cactus Flesh (8 planting spots out of 16) you need:
1 Bio-Dome of Gutrot Flower
3 Bio-Domes of Frostwort
4 Bio-Domes of Gamma Weed
2 Bio-Domes of Solar Vine
4 Bio-Domes of Star Bramble
400 Dioxite @ 25 / hour
4000 Nitrogen @ 250 / hour
400 Paraffinium @ 25 / hour
400 Phosphorus @ 25 / hour
4000 Radon @ 250 / hour
2000 Sulphrine @ 125 / hour
1440 Oxygen @ 90 / hour (To make 2400 Condensed Carbon & 1200 Ionized Cobalt)
The rates per hour are the minimum rates of mining you’ll need to have the required materials needed for harvesting every 16 hours.
That's awesome to hear

Thanks so much
Thank you for the kind words man
Me after seeing this recommended video: "Oh yea! Bout to get me a NICE frieghter for once"
Me after seeing this chart @1:54: "My frieghter aint so bad"
I randomly got a freighter that’s worth 56 mil and no clue what to do with it
@@FreezySav pretty much all you can do with freighters is expeditions. You can also store your ships in it
@Jayden Your freighter is literally a mobile base.
Bro you make the most effort in any tutorial I've ever seen, even down to getting the entire thing subtitles. We are eternally grateful
I never knew why I could only find nitrogen, he answered that
The translation device do not stack, which i'm pretty sure means you only need the S-class tanslator and the others are pointless at that point but here I am with all 3 installed.

When I was early into my game someone gave me a stasis device in the nexus
same i think i caught it on stream too
I learned how to duplicate them and gave billions of units worth of stasis devices away. All because a random person gave me 1.
@Toryhan Ferguson unfortunately not right now but if I find or hear of a new way to do it yeah
@Toryhan Ferguson Look up the Exocrafts duplication glitch.
Someone randomly gave me 2million units worth of shit on the nexus on ps4 yesterday.

This is the reason the Sentinels attack us when we mine shit, cuz they know its gonna turn in to something like this :P

Had to share this with my friends, great work and love the way you cover every detail so nothing is left out, also love the way you group the info
Thank you bud
Thanks for all of the help getting this up and running.
oof, I'll stick to my activated indium farm
Update: NEVERMIND FUCKING DID IT, absolutely worth it
Any chance you would want to trade for a statis device?
Im practically begging man, i could give a lot of salvaged data or maybe something else? Its hard to give something worth more than a statis device but maybe i could give a lot of warp cells so you dont have to worry about that for a while or just like 500 salvaged data so you dont have to go out mining all the time. I would really like to hear anything you would like for 1 statis device.

@@NateL-eg6rn I did, parts of the farm is a bit off due to patches, checked up only on my farms about 4 weeks ago (at the time of this reply) but I’m not sure which ones, might be something on my end though
Building this right now at 50% capacity. 32 stasis devices every few days is plenty for me. Great guide man, and lots of fun to build.
Got it set up. Took about a week. Found my system in Eissentam. It's pretty cool having infinite money. I think I'm going to go sit in the nexus and give away stasis device stacks to new players!
Well, I'm almost positive I'll never get a stasis device.
@@fessy4 "Its pretty much finishing the game, end game crafting"
Lmfao who's ass did you pull that one out of?
"You pretty much need everything in the game"
Not even close
"achieving this takes a very long time with a dedicated mind"
Hahaha what?
Such a detailed and amazing guide, Hats off to you bro. It requires hell lot of planning and work

Can provide coordinates if someone needs.
Hey, i just started a base a few days ago on a new planet at eissentam. Is your farm already finished? Could you give me the coordinations?
This is one hell of a guide I can not imagine how long this took to put together. I think I will stick to my activated indium farm as you can simply buy cheap ships and then scrap them to get the storage augmentations but I appreciate this guide.
Can you explain? This stasis thing is way too much for me.
Fantastic, although Ill probably never build such a farm I learned a ton about NMS and base building from watching it. great work !
Awesome! Glad to be of assistance :)
Iv just got back into no mans sky and your the only youtuber iv found that isent struggling to fill out 1 min of info into a 10 minute vid. Kudos
Haha, thank you :)
Excellent guide. There are a few points in this guide that should be restated here because they are so important:
Welcome!
Obfuscated, opaque mechanics, micromanaging, and tedium in reaching arbitrarily high prices aren't depth.

Thank you, it took a while lot of work to do, it's my biggest project so far :)
And aye, wire glitching can be used to increase the yield, As wire glitching is too bothersome for most, I settled for explaining the glitch briefly and the mechanics of the done harvesting so those that may wish to do it would have the tools, and decided against an extra section for it.
TY so much for all your Superior Hard work and Info Xaine U Rock Oreoes forni
2 years later and this guide is still helping ppl (cough, me) make farms! Sold my first 60 stasis devices today and ooo it felt good. 4 less because i am not good with following instructions exactly, and somehow i have 60k more nitrogen in my inventory.... i think it accidentally duped somewhere there XD
almost 500 hours playtime but i didn't know that electromagnetic spot making sound !! god damn
This is definitely not a beginner guide. So much things to keep in mind and learn.
Immense hard work, respect!
And went from 100 000 units to 2 000 000 units in one day
A guy just gave me 5.... 78 mil for free!
Two years later, third time watching, this video is amazing and for a semi-new player like myself, looks like an incredibly fun challenge. Much love sir 🙏
Aaaw thank you bro!
Congrats! A Herculean task! Now I’m going to cry in a corner thinking about how much I didn’t know. 😂
There is a terrifying amount of info here. SO glad you have a written version.
Looking forward to setting up the hotkeys on my keyboard (Logitech g510) for easy glitching of base items. Looks like its gonna save me a ton of time. :D
Hells yeah! It'll save you much frustration!
@@XainesWorld I ended up adding a macro for wire glitch on your macro page if you wanna use it. its in the comments under my real name (Brandyn) apparently logitech doesnt like the AHK timings.
Well, the Waypoint update has boned the optical drill bonus for gathering materials. Which is pretty painful to those of us who build these farms. :/
i was about to write this too, you now get 50 of solanium etc., no matter how you adjust your multitool
Knowing about leylines and how they work are key in consistently finding hotspots.
2 minutes in and i already know im not gonna go through this much
Thank you for this video!
I have 5 fleet command centers onboard so I can start a mission, collect the barrels, start another mission, repeat until the max of 5 missions are active and you have quickly collected all of your barrels 5x
Update: they also reset whenever you warp the freighter
This is gonna take years for me. I dont have dedication like this yet.
Mom: time to go to bed!
Me: im just gonna build this farm then i go
Last time I saw a guide this in-depth is was for the Minecraft Iron Titan! Awesome guide, man!
Built this farm on console and it works nicely - having it make 32 devices per day because that's all the bases can handle w/o crashing. Something of note for the other console users:
The game forgets to load some of the plants in the domes when you warp to those particular farms. I split mine into 3 separate bases to get as many spawned in as I can, but there are times where it'll still not load them. A quick fix is to put down a save point near the ends of each path to load those domes first with a manual reload; it seems to do the trick.
I haven't even watched it, but you get a sub and like for per dedication to this one topic. Good job man
Thank you and welcome :)
Beautiful guide, however, I am struggling to recreate this, even using the text guide. I'd love to see a video on base layouts so I have something to try and recreate.
Yes please 🙏
This is way to much effort for me lol I'll just make a few massive activated indium farms and call it good
Duplicate Starship AI Valves... They are worth 50 million each and you can stack 5 in your exosuit/ship inventory, 10 in cargo and 20 in storage containers.
If you have 0 units, you only need to sell 43 of them to get max units.
@@tomburnham6640 and how does one go about doing that?
@@tomburnham6640 inform us of this dupe sir
Was just setting up my stasis farm and came across this looking for something glad I found something to help speed up my process
I really have to start playing this awesome game again! (after exams ;D)
Have you thought about making the parts separate daily videos, so that you can profit off of the youtube algorithm?
more indepth standalone guides will be coming for a number of the subject within that take the section from this guide and go broader on the subject.
tl;dr kinda yeah lol :)
Dude, you really put love in what you do, congrats, great video!
I felt like I learned so much and yet, nothing at the same time.
I have never been good at base building in any game, and I'm relatively new to No Man's Sky (seriously, it's this and Tik Tok that's keep me sane) This has really inspired me. I'm in the process of looking for a system right now for a stasis device farm. Thank you for this.
Just a FYI in your description the "The Farm: Crops" is incorrectly timestamped.
Thanks for the info, it was invaluable. I did a smaller set up, making 32 devices per run at almost half a billion units. Not too shabby.
Sounds like you need to have a PhD in Astro Physics just to play this kids game lol
What make you think it's a kids game?
Ah yes, because what kid doesn’t understand concepts like anti-matter, light speed, and the existential dread that the universe itself provides? And don’t forget the radiation!
Amazing, professional, in depth guide. You obviously did a lot of work on this. I wish I had watched it before I set everything up, although what I did was similar (3 bases in those different biomes). The main difference is that all my bases are powered by solar and batters and are a lot less efficient since I didn’t have your knowledge.
Sorry it took me so long to get it out, but thank you, hopefully it'll provide some aid in future projects :)
Sometimes, I wish that it was possible to rob every alien I come across blind.
Haha!
love the video mate.. a massive effort, has given me something to strive toward. Currently have all the recipes, found my system. built the farms on my lush.. looking forward to producing my first SD
This is definitely ALOT to take in and remember. Very helpful information 👍
This is a amazing guide. Very well done. Who knew it. Could be so complex. What could you ever do with a billion credits thou lol?
I'm definitely doing this, but not for the money. This is an exciting project. Thank you for doing it, Xaine!
Thank you so much...you taught me well how to PAY it forward...Been giving away billions of units and tons of space augmentations in the anomaly ...
I finally got my farm setup!!! This was so worth it even tho I put less commitment into it. Feels very much like a huge achievement.
Such a pro, this guy deserves better than a youtuber
Awesome guide, I was fumbling my way through making my own. This guide will save me a lot of time.
Honestly, this takes the fun out of the game for me
Same here. You get a lot of cash from it but there's pretty much nothing to do afterwards
