Why didn’t Rick Pasqualone not voiced Stephen Strange in Rivals and instead we got the former Asura from Asura’s Wrath and the current Gaara from Naruto/Boruto actor Liam O’ Brian taking the spot?
Yes, when I first heard that Liam was voicing Strange I was a little disappointed. Especially after playing Marvel Midnight Suns. Rick also voiced Strange in Marvel Vs Capcom 3 too, so is a great choice. As for Liam you get used to him as Strange the more you play Marvel Rivals, not sure if he is a better pick though. That is debatable. I can only assume Rick had other work commitments at the time. Perhaps he opted to work on the next entry into the Mafia series instead?
