This is ridiculous, Phoenix Park was never built as a upper income community. The houses are built with subpar material for lower to middle income earners. Additional in a few phases there are holes in the perimeter walls because the walls were not made with cement blocks. I can tell you for a fact some of these houses leak. They are paying less than 15mil for these houses on Dumbeholden's poorly lit, crime prone and over brushed roads, and want to rent for 100k? This is exploitation at its finest we can do better.

So let me put this to you, if a person earns $150,000 monthly, which is way above the average monthly salary in Jamaica, could this person afford to rent a property for $100,000. Well let's see with traveling cost to work, grocery, electricity and water. They would be about 35,000 in debt monthly. Let's call exploitation when we see it. Stop being ridiculous there is no way a 2 bedroom property in portmore should be going for more than $40,000 monthly.

It's called an investment property. Obviously the rent is going to cover the mortgage and leave change. Why you think it's being rented? If you don't want to pay the rent then go get your own mortgage.

I think these developers can do better, why would I need my washing machine in my kitchen? why is the kitchen counter so small and the bathroom bath is also small the face basin is small, no sah. I believe the developer's can do better when they building these house. The developments are so expensive and then we have to worry about space issues.😢 not impressed.
It’s a seller’s market and these units are moving fast, what I will say is Gore improves upon the design every new phase they build so at least that is a plus
