I have been slacking on listening to this everyday. I can tell that my disciplines are slipping. I am still moving forwards but more towards a stagnant standpoint. I would like to say my disciplines have stayed the same, but the lack has created a downward spiral. Thankfully and for a reference, Rome was not built in a day. It also did not take a day to fall. At least I maintained some basic disciplines before the slippage overturned into full negativity and due to my thoughts always eating at me "you should be doing this". That simple thought has brought me to here, in order to revitalize myself and continue on the path of my choosing versus stagnation.
