Les Brown got me through school. I went back as an older student in classrooms with those that could be my children. I faced so many difficulties and obstacles. I listened to this man every..single..day to keep my head above the storm. I got through and finished with honors. Now I'm back to continue moving forward in this journey to remember that I've got greatness within me!

I’ve started listening to these for a few days now and while I work my 10hr shift I’ll throw this on for about half the day. I can feel it’s taking it’s toll on me. I’m drinking water in the morning. Not laying lazy in my bed in the dark and I started working out (just in a few days) of making these motivational speeches a daily thing!

You have to focus on yourself it’s only you who can do it . I’ve suffered with ME for 40 yrs but in that I follow my dream by being a singer ,I pushed all the time through pain and tiredness I’m 60 yrs old now and retired cos I’m so fatigued and have stomach problems but 2 yrs ago I was baptised and have my gracious lord in me I think I sing gosbal songs now cos my lord is guiding me hallelujah ❤

The best way to get started if you're having trouble with change, is to change your physical activity. Get more active go for a jog, do some squats, pushups and if you can't do either than just punch the air for at least 5 minutes a day. Trust me little by little you will naturally want to push more and do more.
