Nice looking Truck! I picked up a 2024 with the 35 package in avalanche grey a few weeks ago and love it. I don't know what it is, but the 2024 model looks awesome. Ford's re-tuned exhaust sounds fantastic in Baja Mode! You're right, it does ride like a Cadillac, and I can only imagine how well your 37 package feels like, because mine soaks up bumps like a champ. The 10-speed automatic transmission is very smooth too! No regrets!
Congratulations. I've been trying to purchase the reg 3.5 Now, seeing the 37 pkg really draws me in. I'm going to wait to see if Sept the apr goes down. Gov is to drop the interest rate.
It's beautiful. I might prefer a smooth, black diamondback HD bedcover on the bed, though you'd have to deal with your bikes a little differently if you did. But check those out! And I never heard about that nanoparticle ceramic coating on the rooftop glass. Thanks for the bit of insight. I was thinking if I got one of these I might do a small level/lift, a couple inches, for some added road clearance, not sure though.
@@RUclipsuser1aa No. Just saw a couple of youtube reviews in which they had, lifted as well as adding leafs to handle weight of overland gear. As long as I get the 37 package with its extra height it is unlikely I would lift it, but i'll decide at the time.
@@RUclipsuser1aa Of course not. Why get the raptor if you do that. Just expanded on my answer to your question as to what I've seen others do. Sounds like you want to though. Ok.
I'm planning on buying in 2025. Am torn between the loaded Tremor with its Front Torsion Diff and the Raptor, likely the 37, which I understand at least in 2025 no longer has the Front Torsion Diff. If I got the Tremor I'd do a 2-3" lift and add 35's and some poke after market. I love the look and buttery smooth drive of the Raptor, but imagine the Tremor may be more versatile, and with the Torsion Front Diff may be even better in bad snowstorms. I don't know which will be more comfortable inside, the seats for instance. But dang, I love this truck here! I'd welcome thoughts, suggestions.
@rubencastillo1664 describe. Mileage is much different? Fit and finish? I have the 18 BO but notice there's only a 14 now. How's it in the daily? My truck rarely gets used. Had it 8 months. Just flipped 3k on the odo.
Where did you get the bumper painted at and what color? I’ve been seeing many Gen 3.5 raptors do the same thing. I was just going to buy the Raptor R bumper with the silver pieces removed but painting the existing bumper is most likely cheaper
Ford paint code " UM " for the bumper, it looks good and is definitely close, but the rest of the bumper (fogs area) does seem to have some minor metallic elements that this paint does not. Fine for me, but if you are going to get wrapped around the axel if it is not perfect, then possibly wait for paint codes for the Raptor R bumper,, which I was not able to find when my truck arrived. I also wrapped all the bumper in PPF now, so I'll do a close up video soon for those that wonder what effect that has.
I have this same truck in Avalanche … no decals. The only modification that I’ve made thus far was to swap the factory BFG balloon tires & go with Mickey Thompson mudders. The factory 37s ruin the aesthetics of the truck; they look plain & ride very “spongey.”
Ford dealer ordered them before the truck arrived and swapped them when painted bumper. The Raptor R has black, so replacements should be easy to order for those, also I believe the sensor between the fogs is the same size as is the older F-150 sensors (guessing they have not changed those in many years). I personally would not paint over them as that would likely cause issues with their ability to sense proximity.
@@jjasonSU I’ve never had a truck before but am looking to get one. My last car was a ‘17 BMW M4 and my current car is a ‘21 Audi RS3. The RAM just seems like the only truck that doesn’t detach me too far from German cars. The HUD, passenger side screen, audio system, etc just seem better than the competitors. I know a truck is supposed to be for work but if I’m spending 70k+ on a vehicle I want it to be nice inside and out too.
@@Idk910 I second the comment above. I’ve had a ‘19 Raptor and a ‘21 TRX, hated the TRX. The build quality was terrible. I had a ‘23 Bronco Raptor that was great and currently have a ‘24 X5M Comp. The Raptor products feel closer in quality to my current ride than the TRX. My next ride will be a Raptor R for that reason. Just my two cents.
@@justinc.2152 if I get a raptor I want the R. It’s way out of my budget though. My RS3 was the most I’ve ever spent on a car and sticker on that was about 68k. I’m too scared to dip into that 6 figure car bracket. No matter how secure I feel in my career and with my savings I don’t want to go over a 1k per month car note. With 20k down on a Raptor R I’d still be looking at a car note over 2k a month with these current interest rates.

I just got my 2024 37 package yesterday. Same color as yours. Your front bumper looks awesome.

Just upgraded from a tremor to a raptor antimatter blue!
Are the seats in the raptor more comfortable?
Yes sir!
Talk to me. Have a 2023 Tremor 402a package. What do you miss? Trying to make the jump but I just love my Tremor. How's the suspension for daily?
I loved my tremor too and said I would never trade it in but I test drove the raptor and all that changed

I think ima go for the ‘25 Ram RHO… the tech, the looks, power, and price. It just seems like the overall better choice.
Dodge quality 👎🏾
