I usually don't chime in, but occasionally I like to express my gratitude for what my favorite RUclipsrs do daily to keep me informed as well as entertained. Thank you ladies for you hard work and dedication to your channel and your subscribers. Much appreciated!!!!
Maple syrup: 1 cup allulose dissolved in 1 cup water in saucepan, heated to boil. Turn off heat, add 1.5 tablespoons maple extract and whisk in .5 teaspoon xanthan gum. Pour into jar and refrigerate. Recipe credit to Wholesome Yum.
It is very easy to make the chicken pizza crusts at home for very little. I make these at least 3x week for the family and everyone loves them even if not keto or carnivore (me). 2 cans of chicken or 2-3 whole fresh boiled chicken breasts shreaded (i have sous vided them as well with good results 2-3 eggs depending on size fresh parmesan or from the shaker is fine too (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup) Mix well in large bowl until smooth-ish (this only matters for the end texture but not pertinant) spread evenly on parchment until desired size/thickness (I try for between 1/8th and 1/4 inch thick) Cook in oven without toppings for around 30-40 minutes until golden Take out of the oven, flip over, add toppings and cook at 375 for around 10 minutes until cheeses melt. voila!
Here’s an idea for a video: you whirl cottage cheese into a “cream” and add cheese and it’s a carbonara sauce for a keto pasta. Maybe dress up the sauce with a little bacon or whatever. 🤷🏻♀️. Ok so it’s a half-baked idea. You could fully bake it I’m sure!
Ladies, ladies , I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I am definitely going to try your selections. Hope you do this exercise again. Thank you so much for doing this!
Yay! Another video! Thank you for the information. You guys are so entertaining. I love your beautiful sisterhood and of course your great sense of humor. Thank you!!!
Pizza crust: Canned chicken 5 oz. cottage cheese 5 oz, 1 egg, 1/4 t each onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning. Mix in food processor until smooth. Pour onto sprayed parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 mins at 400 degrees. let cool slightly and flip onto sprayed baking sheet and bake for 10 mins. Top with ??? and bake until ready. Be sure to smooth out as thin as you want it.
Smaller bags of Twin Peaks protein balls ended up at Big Lots many months ago. I haven't seen them since so I'm glad they are still around even as big canisters!
Thank you so much for doing this video! You both always do a great video! IDEA: grind up the Protein puffs for your next video! You can use it for the pork panko part of your breading of chicken or veggies!
Fun video Ladies. Wouldn't mind seeing more of these...if it doesn't break the bank. This type of thing I would normally buy one at a time not 5 at once.
Miracle Noodles are a staple on my menu. I make the chicken stir fry quite often. Just because of the cost I probably won't be trying the others you tested but they all look yummy. Thanks for testing all those 😘
Walmart will sell the twin peaks protein puffs on occasion. I use them on my salads (taco salad, Burger salad, Chicken salad, etc) and on my chili as well to bump up the protein and give that crunch factor.
Dang do Maria Emmerich ground chicken breast with 2 tbsp of gelatin and some salt... That's it... Get it thin bake it then add the toppings... It actually gets better with the leftovers...
These are great ides…I just went out of town for a few days…I,lost an extra 3 pounds because I didn’t prepare and there is nothing I could eat…I will be better prepared next time. You can’t just walk into a store and get something…I think the only thing I got was a diet com and some David’s ou,kin seeds…
Will try some of these, thanks for trying them for us. I would have passed by Miracle Noodles, thinking I wouldn't like them, but now will order some, thinking about the rest.
I use the 0 net carb, tortilla wraps to make my pizza. I use two, and I put 1 tsp sauce on each, five slices pepperoni, Fresh shave parmigiana cheese and mushrooms with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and bacon bits put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Funny enough, I just so happen to be eating a bowl of the miracle noodle ready meal in the Thai peanut flavor as I watch this video! Available at my local grocery, and I added fried tofu, bell peppers, and topped it with green onion, cilantro, and chopped peanuts. It’s freaking delicious. I like the chewy texture of miracle noodles. I will definitely be buying this one again! Winner!
If you girls are up for a challenge, I would love to see if you can create a "keto version " of a recipe I watched on RUclips. The original poster was Dylan Hollis (maybe BDylanHollis) & he made some "bacon grease- chocolate chip cookies " 😛🙃 * But, he used regular flour, which I have no clue how to convert it. I'm sending good luck, & I'll be hoping to see your low carb cookies soon!! Pretty please with Splenda on top?!
Victoria's keto kitchen uses her flour blend 1-1 to replace wheat flour so You can go over there & check that out. I think Mel @ Cook with Mel also has a flour blend that she says use 1-1. Lots of options 🎉🤩
Hoping you see this even though it’s not related to buying products but it’s a good 2-ingredient recipe idea! Have you tried using Indigo Nili’s egg white crepes as egg roll wrappers? She said it’s amazing and I don’t think you’ve done it but it should be awesome. I’m going to try it with lumpia, the Filipino version of egg rolls my husband misses A LOT since we went keto (I mean, I went keto but he’s too lazy to make his own lumpia lol).
have you tried Liviva *DRIED* shirataki rice? or their Dried shirataki spaghetti? (TMI the spaghetti is seen again). I used it to make a Mac & Cheese by cutting the thick noodles macaroni size and using butter, cream, cream cheese and cheese powder.
I’ve had those protein cheese puffs before, but the more I ate them, the more they got stuck to my teeth. They have a weird unpleasant texture that makes me not want to eat them.
I’m always looking for ‘vehicles’ for salsa, guac, etc. Do you think it I bought the chicken pizza crusts and cut them into triangles and baked them, would that be a good option? And I’m so excited about the puffs but i do wish they had a ‘cheeto-ish’ option
Thank you for videos. Can I make a request for something to review? Miracle noodle makes stuff out of egg white. Can you please review this? Miracle Noodle Egg White Vermicelli Noodles
This idea was brilliant, and I would love to see more videos like it. Possibly skipping over the higher priced products if possible. Also, is it possible to make more recipes using protein powder, as people seem to use that instead of flour for high protein, low carb? Finally, maybe you can show us how people shop on Thrive market and the benefits of shopping there since you are paying a membership fee.

This was so fun to watch! Thank you for doing it because I would NEVER spend that much on those products.

Chicken flour is around $5-6 bucks an oz. It is so much cheaper to make your own. And the recipes you can do with are very nice.
How did I miss this video?😮😮 Thank you girls, this was a great video.
Thank you 🤗🤗
Miracle noodles cost $3 at my local Asian supermarket.
Miracle noodles spaghetti style is in stock at my Walmart for $3.98 (7 ounces or 2 servings).
Let me go search my local Asian market 😮
@@jamespillow6384i seen that but i want the noddles with the sauce packet and walmart don’t have em

Cottage cheese has more carbs than many of is can eat
You could add a few tbsp of Heavy Cream Powder to make it really creamy... or use some cream cheese...sounds like something I'd try...

It’s a lotta ads that I am getting. Glad you are trying the protein puffs for me. I want to try a couple of those options

I love the protein cheese puffs. They have been a lifesaver.
Yeah Sarah’s husband loves them too now! Pretty cheesy
Some of these products are way too expensive.I can make waffles cheaper at home.

@@ketotwins I did see something similar, using the canned chicken as a pizza crust. Have you guys seen/tried that? It caught my eye!
