After years of experimentation, brilliant but arrogant scientist Caine has discovered a way to make matter invisible. Invisibility is such a cool perk to have. The only problem would be, what kind of person would wield this power.
So we're not going to talk about the lady who was sexually assaulted by a ghost like poor girl she could never make sense of it
Sadly, being invisible would in real life lead to being completely blind, as no light could be absorbed by the eyes.
My only issue with this movie is that all of a sudden he became a super skilled fighter and has super strength. Just because he is invisible does not mean that he is not fire proof. He wouldn’t have been able to move after suffering 3rd degree burns.
You don’t know what kind of person someone is, not until they are free to do whatever they want without the risk of anyone knowing.

I always thought being invisible would be cool. Until I learned that if you were invisible, you would technically be blind. Because light passes through your eyes instead into them.
That poor woman didn’t deserve that, imagine someone you can’t see starts taking advantage of you and you can’t do anything about it and u won’t even know who did it :(

You know theoretically since he doesn't absorb light (as with his eyelids) he shouldn't be able to see either as his retinas won't absorb light either.
The worst thing about all of this is the neighbour, that woman doesn't even know what happened, she felt everything but couldn't see anything, later on she'll think she either imagined it or she became crazy, and she may even feel guilty about "imagining" it, and she can't even report it because who would believe her?
I remember watching this and telling my friends about it the next day... One of them looked at me in shock and said something like "This man discovered how to turn himself invisible and could've done groundbreaking things like invading military bases, uncovering the government's top secrets... But he chooses to grape people?!"
Invisibility would be one of the worst things for humanity. We have laws and society to keep each other in check. Invisibility would be the start of the end.
I feel bad for the raped woman and the poor dog, they honestly deserve better ;((
The rape scene was left out since it was very disturbing. Once the woman gets attacked, they cut the rest of the scene out. It goes further as she tries to fight the invisible Man, but ultimately gets violated and left broken into tears as he leaves the room. Only in DVD and Blu-ray has scenes of this if I remember right.

as teenager I lived in these apartments by a friend. One weekend night we were walking to a grocery store by the apartments and we had to cross this field.. Well we stumbled on a bunch of dvd disc that looked like someone just threw them out of their apartment. There was a bunch Hallow man, the x-men evolution and a stack of uhmmm... certain anime dvds a teen would loose his shit over. Neither of us had cable so we were super excited to watch something new. Thanks to who ever threw the dvds out that was the first time I saw Hallow Man.
It's so weird how this is what some people would want to do the moment they're invisible. If I turned invisible I'd get into an airplane unnoticed and check off every place on my bucket list and have a good time dude
