Sadly I broke both my elbows in the spring. One arm radial neck and the other, radial head. The head break is proving to be the most difficult to get back to 100%. Watching this helps me understand why. Thanks for the educational video.
Yes … The quadrate ligament contributes to proximal radioulnar stability. It limits the rotation of the radial head by attaching the radial neck to the inferior portion of the radial notch.
