Dao Abstract Strategy Game
Beginning: An X is formed with each player's piece aligned "diagonally" from the corners.
The game consists of only one simple rule and three ways to win. Pieces move in a straight line, including diagonally, as far as possible with no jumps. The three ways to win are arranging your pieces in a straight line on the board (not diagonally), occupying the four corners, or forming a 2x2 square anywhere on the board. However, the antisocial strategy of trapping an opponent's piece in a corner loses!!

you could play this with a quarter of a shobu set. Or I guess you could get 4 of these and play shobu...
Fun fact Shobu has 51 unique first turn moves.

Gostei da "caixa" do jogo. Bastante. Também gostei do tabuleiro. Mas definitivamente não gostei das pedras!
Muito simples. Um tanto toscas. Pedras absolutamente comuns. Se eu tivesse esse jogo, eu trocaria por aquelas pedras semipreciosas que são vendidas em feiras e shoppings. Ágata, turmalina, jaspe, etc. Seriam menores, sem dúvida. Mas o jogo ficaria muito mais bonito!

According to the rules it has to be the corner because there’s no escape, i should have made that clear, I could’ve escaped there diagonally. Good catch and thank you for watching!
