I love how this game’s premise is taking out a bunch of giant machines as bosses. I’d say it’s a nice change of pace, considering the bosses from the previous games
If you killed all the soldiers plus the captain you still captured the vehicle. Although it was damaged and took some time to repair. You only lose the vehicle if you fully empty it's health bar.

To those who’ve played the game. How is the camouflage system in the game like? Is it like MGS3 where you can perfectly blend into environments and depending on your camo index enemies will go on alert on the depending levels. Or is it like MGSV where it only helps conceal you through movement and enemies will always detect you at 7-10 meters?
As long as your camo index isn't below 0% and you dont run around, you can always reliably sneak around them no matter how close you are. They will however get suspicious and outright see you if you move in front of them.
@@jart1984the camo index determines how close they have to be to see you, so it checks out that below 0% you cant sit still anymore. Moving also lowers your camo index while usually making sound (sneaking suit is the exception)
It's 2024...And i just felt a bit of nostalgia for this game. I remember playing it back in 2019 whenever i get back from school, i did hit up the game. Every boss was tough for me cos i didn't know what i was doing...i was even able to clear the first one by luck after dying and retrying continuous times....i didn't want to look deep into the files of the game, like how to recruit new people to your guild(it's been a long time so i don't know if it's the right word) i remember there are some weapons you can't get unless you met the require recruitment. I barely played thr game with the AR and the 5 shot rocket launcher. Pupa was an easy boss for me, i didn't take two days to complete, the second tank took forever...that because i was just starting the game and didn't know some mechanics and all...buh once i defeated it. I rely on my AR instead buh when i figured i could use RL...it didn't take long before i took down the second tank. The second boss chrysalis was so hard, i barely weep. I was able to defeat with a sneaky and silly move.😂 I placed snake at the far corner point of the rocks to avoid the guns rail then rely on my RL to take the pods. It's took forever till i brought it down. Cocoon was easy tbh...the helicopter was tricky buh i did it. Did know how i did it..i just did it. And there was peace walker.😂 The first fight i thought i defeated it easy buh the second part made me close the game for two weeks. It was so fuckin hard. I died every time it lauches it drills and Rocket. Funny part was i tried to hide in some places buh peacewalker picked me out. I had to rely on AR to damage thr legs since there was no damage if you aim for the pods. It worked when i noticed the legs was so smokey and one hp was reduced everytime i damage the legs. One thing i regret was i don't always have enough ammo for both the RL and AR thats why i had to use the AR more since it was loaded with bullets and my RL was only 5 shots. I kept pounding and pounding...men...i remember how sweaty i was not to make any mistakes.😂 I was finally able to take it down...i shed some little tears when i saw the ending...i so love the game cos of the bgm playing. I can recall whenever i did...i will always hear SNAKE!! SNAKEEE!!!😅 Well...if i continue i will write up my full experience while I played it...i don't want to buh TG RUclips don't have limited words comment. I felt nostalgic about the game after so many years...i felt like re downloading for my device and see if I'm capable to take up the challenge once more. I miss this game so much.

Just keep taking out all the soldiers, the captain will pop his head out of the tank and you can shoot him down with a rocket launcher. No real need to take out the tank because you can capture it for outer ops later in the game
I always use smoke grenades with the combat uniform then use tranq gun with rpg just incase when you take all the enemy's out you can use the tranq on leader or if you get caught weaken the boss fight to 4 to 3 bars of health the leader will appear out then tranq him but i always use smoke grenades as soon i see the guard near the tank then run there fast then cqc them into the tank so they can get ran over then get killed why cause if you throw them into the tank it doesn not count as a kill so you will get a s rank
I hate it when games give us cool weapons and then punish the player for using them, forcing us to do shit non-lethally. Metal Gear and Metro suck in that regard
I mean... lots of missions, actually almost all the main missions are up to players discretion wether or not you were a mass murderer. Honestly, I always felt you were punished more for trying to use non-lethal means during the vehicle battles. But I think, for the theming of the game it makes sense that the highest (and most challenging) rank to achieve is the coveted S-rank, which can(save the AI weapons) only be achieved through non-lethal application of force.
Damn, it’s almost as if the pursuit of peace or at least non-violent options over the tempting pure death and war was one of the core fucking themes of the game.
