      Yarn is the raw material both for jersey and Lycra jersey it affects both the fabric.

    Thank you sir for your valuable classes. please clarify how to decide the lot? How much maximum kg can we fix for a lot? If huge quantity 10 ton means how can we achieve same color for dyeing? Please clarify.

      Now colour matching technology is there by which you can match the colour with allowed difference as agreed by buyer ,that .
      may between 1 % to 2 %.
      Other wise heavy dyeing machine of 2000 kgs can be used and each 2000 kg should be considered as one order ,and divide in to 5 lots and handle separate order.
      We must choose the best option available in front of you .

      It is called CSP.
      Normally CSP should be above 2400 for best quality yarn.
      If it is below 1800 then the yarn is poor in strength.
      This can be tested in lab.
      Moreover strength yarn means , strength of fibre used in the yarn.
