Good training, and a great way to build awareness about paying attention to what the person perceived as a threat is actually carrying! Hence, even most experienced LEOs and shooters can make a mistake, or simply not be able to identify what is in the assailant’s hand!

To me this is kinda stupid bc in this case it does not matter what they are holding, if they are pointing it at you like a gun, and moving towards you like that it is a BIG red flag, if you are waisting valuable seconds trying to see what is in there hands it could get you killed

Note: if anyone walks towards you like THIS in a hostile area no matter what they are holding they are prob not friendly anyway so best not to take the chanse

Absolutely! New student working shoot / no shoot scenarios. Scenarios got more specific and with more variables added as she continued to progress.
