Dorr:" damnit why do I have to get the door"
No one will do this standard cqb in combat. If i was standing at cameraman’s angle, first guy will get 4 holes in him.
“We have 4 studs here today”
Guy could barely hold his laughter.
Great video as always! I’m hoping this video series keeps progressing. Such as exiting the room and moving to the next room and parallel doorways.
I always look forward to the videos with Dutch.
I was young when I played SWAT 4. Now I am a man, and I need to sharpen my tactics, for Ready or Not, coming on STEAM this year (2023).
Next I want 6 people. Then 8. Then 10. Just keep adding until it’s a giant clusterfuck and then 2 more people
Hell yea! great work gentleman.
Always helpful, thanks
Outstanding!
Can you please do a video tutorial of how to properly reposition to exit a room after clearing it?
Good demonstration
One thing we did differently in the Marines was wait till the very last guy is ready. Then he will tap third guy, third guy taps second and second smacks 1st guy. Then 1st guy waits 2 secs then execute execute execute!
How do you deal with a cornbread room? :)
Could we please get some videos on long cover, bounding vs bumping. Taking hallways, stairs, etc.
Nice guys 👍
Great video as always Dutch. What are your thoughts on the "running the rabbit," on corner fed? 1st guy moving towards the corner but covering back towards #2's hard corner. Several places teach that on a corner...
Small room for a lot of right to go wrong. What about percussion first? Just a thought!
Use FMJ or Ap Battle rifle, no 22 cal shorty’s
RIP half mag while the snake is about to slide In. Who opens Fire second is on the loseing side❤
I got a question. Can you have too many people in a room? Would the last guy in this stack be better suited holding the hallway instead of having to clear the hallway again while exiting?
He's holding security, the hallway isn't clear
If the room is small we would call short room to let the stack know only 2 people need to go into the room. Rest just hold the hallway
@danielpickrell8311 Thank you sir.
What are thoughts on slicing the pie from the outside first to clear the majority of the room, then running the rabbit to more effectively get multiple guns on the unknown corner that couldn’t be seen while slicing the pie?
Otherwise the point man is one-on -one if a gunman is in the corner for the few seconds until the rest of the team gets around him.
That works well as needed.
Question about the first guy in a stack. Say there is a threat in the city of the room, is his primary task still to clear the corner at all cost before engaging the threat in the center? Please explain
This may be an old/outdated school of thought, but having said that; Yes. The number 1 man is the main, best, and potentially only guy who will be clearing that corner of his, and if he doesn't get that done, someone hiding in that corner could kill everyone. That's why it's so important for the following assaulters to be right on the heels of the man in front of them, because he may have left a target hanging in favor of securing his point of domination.
More modern doctrines, however, permit slower and more deliberate, incremental scanning from outside the room. It's all situational.
Hope I don't need to employ some CQB when I get home today.
🔥
God I love it, you sick twisted freaks.
No operators that remain outside the room scanning for threats?
Running in blindly, exiting blindly. The dogma of the paper target shooters of the 80's.
@@wiezumteufel9024 It's a youtube tutorial.....
Who's watching their back when they're all focused in one direction once they're all in?
The rest of the team
I noticed the guys in the rear, running barrels up high bringing them down as they entered the room. I have really grown attached to my head. Maybe their ex-navy. I know different backgrounds in C.Q.B training.
You have to understand: I am not trying to get you to master shit on a RUclips video... I'm sure you're smart enough to have noticed that too. But please, continue lol
Good stuff! Though not as good as all the keyboard operators in the comments 😆
For numbers 3 and 4 it's not EXACTLY splitting the room down the middle, their fields of fire actually begin offset from center opposite their direction of travel.
my god those skinny jeans
Those are tactical, my friend.
Its the 21. century... PLEASE STOP PROMOTING DYNAMIC ENTRIES AS AN SOP❗
It needs just one guy with his muzzle pointed at the door in any of those rooms to get half of the team mowed down.
Furthermore it is behaviourally uncompliant and unnecessarily stress inducing which impacts performance.
they are just going over one tool in the box, which has been said in other videos. Given the short format of these videos and how they’ve been posting, there’s plenty more to come…
@@chocolatedumdum2 stuffing the toolbox full with tools just makes it more difficult to find the right one under stress.
Furthermore this tool is bad on its own as even in hostage rescue situations there should be a quick peak inside before entering dynamic.
yet, you watched and commented.
