I would ask the doll hospital for a different head. One eye does appear smaller than the other. I have an original and a BeForever Addy and love them both.

It took me maybe 3 or 4 purchases to find the right Addy from the second market. Yes, I can see a slight eye problem. If you're not connecting to this one, send it back to AG. Maybe you can request the one you sent back or a new head. You should be happy with your doll from a purchase. Also, magic erasers may help with getting shine marks out. RUclips has tons of AG collectors videos showing how they get the shine mark out. 😊
