I jumped ahead and have already finished my Upscale Plaid quilt, but I wish I had been more patient and watched this video before I started. Your advice about seam allowance is excellent! I trusted my quarter inch presser foot on my new Baby Lock and was about halfway through before I realized it is off. All my seams were in the middle between 1/8th and 1/4th. At that point there was no way I was going to rip out 1.8 length stitches on all those pieces, so I decided to stay consistent. I love this very well written quilt pattern and plan to make it again, so I will adjust the 1/4” mark on my sewing before I begin the next project. Thank you for a beautiful pattern! This latest lighter version you did is my favorite so far.

Hi Kelly! So glad you're loving the pattern. I totally understand about the seam allowance. It happens!
So pretty. What fabric colors did you use on the quilt on the ladder? Thanks!
Thank you! It's the "Mediterraneo" version, found in this blog post: www.loandbeholdstitchery.com/blogs/lo-and-behold
I am making kine with the same olor than the one you have as background. My favorite colors.
Oh I love that!!
I’m behind bc I just received my kit…😂 birthday week…🎉I’ll catch up…
Hoping to get seam allowance down.....great information.
so glad it was helpful!
I just got the iron. I love it. But don’t ask how many times I’ve thrown it because it doesn’t have a full round handle! 😂
It's definitely something to get used to!
