i heard sooo many people talking about this, i need to do it -- but i just recorded my reaction to V's layover so i'll pop that up this week

Surprise, BTS can all dance their asses off. Singing and dancing live at the same time is one of their hallmarks.
Also, their style is amazing and they have so many amazing concert and MV and event looks, since you do fashion. Plus V is ambassador for Celine and Cartier, j-hope for Louis Vuitton, RM for Bottega Veneta (their only celeb ambassador ever) Jimin for Dior and Tiffany, JK for CK, Suga for Valentino and the NBA. Jin started his military time before signing with any fashion brands, but I am sure they will be courting him when he gets out in 6 months.
In terms of music, BTS are just the best. Their styles are super diverse individually as well as in a group, and they do Rap & Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and Pop Rock, Latin Pop, Rap Rock, Jazz and Neo Soul, Synth Dance, EDM, Ballads and more. Besides their talent and diversity, they are famous for the depth of their lyricism; the intricacy of their storytelling, both in songwriting, in MVs and in choreography; and their incredible depth of personal character. They are more than artists. They are at the head of their own global social movement, with a mission to bring healing and love to the world through music. Every one of their 20 group albums and 11 solo albums are concept albums with tracks in a storytelling order, some in sets of 2-3 albums on a theme. For this reason, you might want to start at the beginning and work your way through their discography if you have any interest in understanding the deeper meaning of their work. If not, you can just enjoy the music on a more surface level. It's all intended to have multiple layers of meaning to meet people where they need it to.
BTS fanbase is ARMY (Adorable Representative MCs for Youth) to stand in defense of the values and ideals of the younger generations of the earth, just like BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan (Bulletproof Boyscouts) to stand in defense of the attacks on younger generations that fly like bullets. Their first logo was a bulletproof vest, but they since changed it to a stylized pair of opening doors. BTS was also extended to have the additional meaning of Beyond the Scene, meaning to not settle for how things are but always move forward for growth, both personal and for society. I say "youth" but, of course, BTS is for everyone and their fanbase is actually quite diverse and majority 25+ and I myself am more than twice that. But as GenX, I still feel that I stand with the younger generations of the earth with core progressive values like BTS, such as LGBTQ+ positive, anti-racism, pro climate action, pro women's rights, pro democracy, pro religious and cultural diversity and freedom, etc....all things BTS has spoken on, donated towards or made music about.
I enjoy your reactions, but it's hard to watch when you chop up the video and audio so much.

Ok. With BTS videos the cutts aren't needed. As long as you remember to pause a couple times and don't try to monetize the videos. When people try to monetize their videos BTS sees it as taking advantage of their fans

Lol JK is a real magnet, and BTS loves MJ! The BTS Dynamite MV was an homage to the king. JK is the main vocallist of BTS. You should watch his live performance in Times Square, NYC! BTS like paying homage to their influences from RM inhis lyrics, to their song Hip Hop Phile, to JK and Jimin dancing to MJ's Black or White to the stage name of one of the members J Hope to his mixtape name Hope World to the MJ Tribute dance break in Dynamite at the MMA 2020 award stage.
I cannot wait to follow your BTS journey. The fandom name is ARMY, which is an acronym for Adorable Representative MC for Youth. People looking from outside the fandom really do not get it at all. I hope that you will start to see the fandom for what we truly are, we support each other and we are almost like family. You don't need to cut BTS music videos or official performance releases from HYBE/Big Hit. As long as you play the Big Hit into, don't try to monetise you should be good to go. You can also watch dance practices and behind the scenes with no problems. BTS live on TV shows/music shows are always blocked. You can watch but you may have to blur part of the screen or overlay some writing.
As well as the MJ dance tribute, thought you may have picked up on the Baz Luhrmann Romeo & Juliet tribute of the MV.
You should check out V next, his EP Layover. Every song has a video so you should watch them all in order that they appear on the album. I mean, he has been voted the most handsome man in the world AGAIN this year, so you are gonna love it! 💜

Since you mentioned Dior, Jimin is Dior's global ambassador and also brand ambassador for Tiffanys. So maybe do his album Face next. or.... You could do V' s album Layover. He represents Celine and Cartier. Then there is RM who is the first ever representative for Bottega Veneta. His album is Indigo. Lets see. There is also J-Hope who is ambassador for Louis Vuitton. His album is called Jack in the Box. You've already met our Calvin Klein ambassador JK. Last, but not least, we have Suga who represents Valentino (they even designed all of the clothes for his world tour earlier this year) and the NBA. His album is D-Day. We don't have an album from Jin, yet. We are hoping for one when he gets out of the military in June. He has worked with Louis Vuitton in the past and I bet some great label will snag him up!
