I love the exterior of this house, but the interior is very erratic. It has no good flow, like the bedroom shown first you have to walk across the whole house to get to a bathroom. Also, the interior of this house is so white it feels like sanitarium. The kitchen was I thought awesome until you turn the corner, and the washer and dryer are in the kitchen. Why when you have a full laundry room on the same floor do you have a washer and dryer in the kitchen? Yes, the views are awesome, but they can't make up for the fact more than half the bedrooms don't have on suites.

I noticed in Africa, They never build with wood flooring its always glossy white marble, which make the homes look cold despite how hot it is there. Wonder if its a deeper psychological reason behind that dated back to slavery times 👀
