I worked here for 16 years since 2004, from hand-building the cars to being a test driver. These were pure Rolls-Royce’s until the Ghost, that’s when it turned into more of a BMW. But the Ghost saved the brand, It’s better now and they will always be a beautiful car.
When I see the face of these workers and how quietly they work, many things run through my mind. Like 8 hours with out talk talking just straight focus on one work and people working hard to put bread on the table for their family

No it doesn’t. It’s a shameful comment on the demise of our manufacturing skills when we have to rely on Germany to make the parts, they might as well assemble the whole thing in the factory in which the parts are made. It’s only a PR stunt that they are `made’ in England.

It would have been better if we say the process from start to finish, not every bit everywhere. But yes these guys are craftsman you get what you pay for.
Agree with Jeremy Fuller, a more logical process in editing? I became bored in the end watching repeat parts of the video which had already been covered. Otherwise, would have been a great insight at why these cars are so expensive with the attention to detail, and car in build.
Beautiful hand made cars with real skill & craftsman working to precise tolerances. Did anyone else notice among all the workforce members shown.... not a single tattoo in sight!. Wonderful.
