Oh gosh Barney is just so cute - the way he was racing around in that huge puddle was so funny 😄 Great shopping hauls especially the lovely knitted dresses which looked great on you. Looking forward to seeing your garden renovation taking shape - we are anxious to get on with some outside work but it's so cold and windy up here that it doesn't encourage us oldies out there lol. Currently sitting here watching the birds including several magpies, pheasants, squirrels and pigeons feasting on all the food I put out for them - they're better fed than us 🤣

With blueberries i buy fresh and pop in a container and fresh them, they do not go mushy and are great in overnight oats or smoothies. I find the frozen ones give out too much liquid. Although always handy for the freezer.

Now the weather is starting to get a bit better now , it is nice to get out and about more on walks. I done an enjoyable walk and chat day in my area of Hayes/ Heathrow Area with my friend yesterday and when I got home I looked at how many steps I done , it said 😮19,036 steps. I was well chuffed! Feminax express in the pink box is very similar to normal ibuprofen and is an anti inflammatory. Each tablet contains 200mg of ibuprofen but also has another ingredient which means it start working quicker once you take it.
Feminax ultra in the blue box contains Naproxen which is also an anti inflammatory, but these are stronger than ibuprofen.
With both of these types of anti inflammatory products you need to be careful if you have any bad gastric/ stomach issues as these types of medication can make them worse.
Don’t waste your money on Feminax, just take ibuprofen and paracetamol for cramps, does the same job but cheaper.

Couldn’t see anyone mention about the feminax.
There is a difference between them and ibuprofen - not sure what but seem to work better/quicker
You can get ibuprofen lysine in HB or similar for cheaper.
