I was thinking that long wooden box that Rachel found.. the lid was very pretty. The sides were plain wood but she could of painted the sides with her own design to match or just a solid color. It would of brought the value up a lot for the box.
I think there are a lot of uses for a pretty empty box, but that's just me.

I am with you on housekeeping. You get out your rags and sprays and dusters and spend half a day dusting all the furniture and six or eight months later you have to do it all over a gain!

You seem a little different lately, hope your not spreading yourself too thin with all the projects you are taking on (videos, live sales, booth, another booth, teaching videos). I noticed that too.......she does seem different, more animated, over exaggerating, and irritated at times, like not really into it.
Life has been a little stressful, some family stuff... trying to stay positive.

That was so funny with the Corelle dishes, because I grew up eating off those too! Yesterday I bought me two cups with saucers just for the nostalgia. I was laughing out loud when you almost bought the plates!! 😊

I use the crazy daisy green Corelli dishes every day. They were my grandmothers. My mom who is 83 still uses hers. Love them and am looking for replacement cereal bowls. Hard to find and are expensive on eBay!!!

The Corel Lazy Daisy were my mother in-laws dishes, my daughter took what was left when she passed away and has been building the set ever since. When she uses them she remembers her beloved grandma thatshe misses so much. Thank you for a fun haul.

That was a representation of Frida Kahlo, that Mexican chalkware you passed on at 13:17. Cute. The telltale signs were the calla lilies and the unibrow! And it was red. You always say use red in retailing. It would draw someone into your booth.

I went to good will for the first time in a long while on Thursday, and found out around here , where I live in Michigan, our goodwill only do half price colors on Sundays now , 😳 won't be shopping there much we have a salvation army in town too. The lady said corporate wouldn't allow them to have half priced colors.

Corelle dinnerware was the first set of dishes I bought, @the age of 16 for my mom. They are still @ her house today 42 yrs later. She's served a lot of meals on them. Funny 😀 the same pattern as you found 😉❤️😘🤗💖 East Coast Lady 😀❣️

The spot bowls are shaped that way because they are whisker sensitive bowls for cats. Cats often won’t want to eat out of a dish that bothers their whiskers.

You can get those fish globes in all sizes from Hobby Lobby. I bought several to make glass pumpkins I found them in the floral department

When i was first married, we had no every day dishes. I started using a wheat pattern that had a dish in each box of soap. I don't like brown, used the dishes because they were free. Many years later I saw the whole set in an antique shop. I would never buy them now because I didn't like them then so no fond memories 🙄

Check out stores that are closing down when we had our booth we bought display units in bulk and saved loads just a thort...otherwise display units etc. Can be expensive if that MDF board unit for $35 that's crazy

As a dashund or as some call Weiner dog owner and collector 🤗 you can tell Your cute daughter that their figures are collectible and sell well🤗
Portmeirion is a desirable brand made in Stoke UK. Started in 1960 by Susan Williams and Ellis and her husband Euan Cooper Ellis there are many collectors. Sadly some more modern pieces are now made in China though the painting is done in England. Two very different older designs to look out for are the vintage Magic City 1966 and Magic Garden 1970 (not to be mixed up with the child's TV show of same name). On a side note, if you don't know it,check out the Welsh town of Portmeirion, it's quirky-ness will appeal to you I'm sure.
Now I want to make a trip to Portmeirion lol.
