Probably not. These are pretty cool, but some are definitely a tad pricy. - ArduBoy looks pretty cool but that screen is /tiny/, GameDuino has a similar problem, Game Shell is probably just like a Pi-based system, and GameBuino/MakerBuino is neat but the screen is super old tech, etc.
Game shell isn't Arduino based....

Game shell doesn’t have the arduino style. Feel kinda disappointed. But however your opinion is respected. : D
Also gameDuino is kinda too big and super small screen. I don’t really like it but if you like it it’s okay! : )

GameDuino (not gamebuino) is too big. Not compact compared to others like arduboy plus the screen is smaller than the joystick. What?

Argh, I am trying to make one from scratch .0.
I just want to understand something about all these electronic game systems why are they so damn expensive? It's almost just as expensive as a Nintendo switch! I mean how much do these little electronic pieces cost to begin with? Talk about ripoff! That's why it's hard to get into this hobby because no kid out there's going to have this kind of money just lying around and when parents get a good look at how much these things cost they'll be like you know what kid here's My golf club go outside and play!
we have advanced so far and yet all these people are stuck in the past. these are toys for programmers not consumers stop trying to market this crap.
There's a growing number of consumers who ARE programmers. Sounds like you're the one stuck in the past if you don't get that.

@@magicchainsmoker you seem to be missing the point. they marketed it as a games console not a programming toy. just look at how unhappy that kid is when he realizes its not actually a games console.
@@jimbobbyrnes you're missing the point. Arduino products are marketed as do-it-yourself educational kits that TEACH you how to make your own electronic devices. It's an educational toy. Maybe do a bit of research on what an Arduino is before commenting on a fucking video about Arduino stuff.
