Dan Ives: PLTR to "$1T Market Cap," TSLA's FSD Story & NVDA A.I. "Table Pounder"

- Dan Ives takes a victory lap on his Palantir (PLTR) predictions and doubles down by saying the company will lead "the next phase" of the A.I. revolution. He makes another mega-bullish prediction on Apple (AAPL) saying that 25% of the world's population will access A.I. through its devices. On Tesla (TSLA), Dan stands by his "autonomous story" and regulation roadmap that will thrust the company to $2 trillion in market cap. He doesn't think DeepSeek changes Nvidia's (NVDA) A.I. positioning and sees upside to Microsoft's (MSFT) sentiment.

Palantir! majority of analysts never understood Palantir, but Dan always liked them. ✌
Tell me it isn't a bubble when pe ratio is over 100. Take profits.
It looks to be in a bubble, but they are out performing expectation vastly.
@@Johnwicker1903lol 😂 PE boys always beating that drum to death
@FreaksSpeaks How? The earnings goes up slowly. Not exponentially like nvidia.
@Johnwicker1903 calm down it is only starting.
I read about Palantir a year before it did its direct listing. I set some money aside and purchased a boatload of shares the day of the direct listing. Most of the analyst have been down on this company but I never considered selling. Best investment I ever made.
💯💰💰💰
How much is a “boatload”? Be sure not to include any extra “0’s”.
what do you think the price will hit in jan 2026 ??........205 .....225 ????
I appreciate and understand the concept of the stock price. I am a retired software developer. In my career, that has been just a few times where software became absolutely necessary to compete. Palantir's ontology in Foundry is singularly unique on 5 dimensions, and it was just waiting to explode thru the deployment of AI and LLMs where Foundry and AIP meet the intersection of absolute business need. There are ONLY < 1000 customers at this point. And that software is being told by word of mouth by the engineering/software dev community. It is just soo well positioned, where the TAM is absolutely massive. That earnings growth will be >=30% YOY for the next 3 years, without even considering any future development of the software, which won't happen given the number of developers within and outside of PLTR. I am NOT writing this to promote anyone to buy PLTR. I write to educate what the situation is. I have NO idea where the stock price will go, but the business and it's apps are on the tee...
Appreciate the info.🙏Thank you!
I appreciate your points, but the salient one for me is earnings growth. The stock is trading at 156x next year’s earnings. It’ll be extremely expensive even after three years even if we grant 30%+ growth. I’ve seen this movie before. In 2022, great tech companies lost anywhere from 60% to 90% of their value entirely because they traded up to ridiculous valuations in 2021 purely based on the company’s story. Ridiculous trading by the retail investor, and I note that Palantir is mostly held by retail investors as well
@@TGoodie1717 Thanks. Yea, I see the risk, as you describe. I sold 10% before earnings, and will likely take another 10% in the next few weeks. I feel that large contracts will be announced in Feb. I am retired, and this is 'play' money for me, but could turn into generational wealth for my family. I know that each quarterly there is risk, and also the macro, and the unexpected competitors... I wish you and everyone the best, and for 'everyone, be careful out there.'
@@TGoodie1717 Its got an EV to Sales of 81 ..... I couldn't believe that when I seen it. That is terrifying.
@ Not trying to be 'right' here. But I believe Ukraine and now Dubai will be partnering with PLTR. How do you put a price on governments, plural, deploying Foundry/AIP as a basis for future infrastructure deployment, and the way in which PLTR charges their fees? I don't have the answer, but the opportunities are profound. I just learned about the Dubai concept...What other countries would be interested...
I used to work as an investment advisor. The advice presented in the video is excellent and holds true for the average American. While it's a fact that money can't directly buy genuine happiness, it does provide the means to access experiences that can lead to happiness. However, for individuals with a substantial portfolio, say around $5 million, if you observe closely, you'll find that most people in their 70s are still quite active (I live in LA), but by the time they reach 80, their activity levels tend to decline. So, it's essential to enjoy life at some point before it's too late. That enjoyable vacation might well be the experience that brings comfort in your later years. It's important to distinguish between spending money wisely and squandering it. Be prudent in your value-conscious spending.
Experienced the same thing. The financial counselor we met with last year told us, "Guys, you've already made it," even though my spouse has retired. Stop delaying enjoyable activities in life.
Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? I'm 39 now and would love to grow my stock portfolio and plan my retirement
Finding financial advisors like Caroline Anne Manning who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I just checked her out on google and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
I have a lot of respect for Dan Ives. He was right on Palantir from the very start. Palantir is a generational company lead by quintessential CEO Dr. Alex Karp and his cerebral CTO Shyam Sankar.
Dan is the man. Most analyst are still not giving this company it's due. They will give it a buy rating once you miss it's upside.
go get the
its time for dan ives 🤖
This is the best podcast to come from Schwab I seen so far 😊
Dan is the man! Keep it up bro.
Ives ALWAYS puts sky high valuations on these tech companies. He has a large following and knows what he says is a self-fulfilling prophecy thanks to his fanbois.
As of today, PLTR has 10X my buy in price! Amazing!
Good segment - now I know what to sell
I wil be holding pltr for years, up, down and sideways.
Bubble when the pe ratio is 400. Unless they grow their revenue to as big as nvidia. 😂
Someone seems to be salty. 😂
I sold all my stocks and went all in on Palantir on DPO! Been through the dip, but i held all these years!
Holding 1368 shares , sold 400 this morning . Palantir is Messi and HIMS Is Ronaldo .
Feel the same way!!!!❤
FIFA chose Messi but the people chose Ronaldo so what does this mean for HIMS?!
Soooo can it keep going up or do we get out now?
It’s hard to believe but Palantir is just getting started. HODL.
Must be frustrating to be a sell-side analyst, running the numbers, flying across the world to do in-person checks, only for buy-side to just dump over some non-factor headline that comes out about a competitor lol (deepseek)
still 9 pm ?

Party goes until 4am

"To be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.”
~ Warren Buffet
1) Yesterday's MOVE was close to reasonable, based on the revised 2025 and 2026 EBITDA of +14% and +19%, respectively.
2) The 163x and 123x EV/EBITDA in 2025 and 2026, respectively, is the ALARMING issue.
3) The CEO's performance is also a FLAG or a clue that something is "OFF."
4) Right place, right time, and perhaps NVIDIA funds flowing to Palantir Technologies for now
PLTR has very high conversion. A lot of companies convert to PLTR after being demo. On the government side, I don't see any change but more and more business for PLTR in this sector. Remember, currently government running very old software, most have been developed in the 90's, or even 80's, especially in DOD. Big demand for upgrade. That create a wide ramp for PLTR. My trading philosophy is simple - the trend is your friend.
Agree to all.
Bought twice at $7 and $17
I’d add Innodata to his list of what to own. Do your own DD
Dan, what about Surf Air mobility ? Palantir is holding nearly 20% do you know what’s their plan?
2 words to describe PLTR. UNICORN STOCK
NVTS is the next PLTR
Nvts?
😂
Google is down 7+% after hour..
Hmmm. He sure was wrong about Google predicting a 50 point up. Numbers came in way below it is down significantly.
i miss his shirt :))
PALANTEEEEEEER GOING TO THE MOON ! Of course in my portfolio since 2022 :)
This is complete madness and non-sense. That company has a turnovers of 2.5B only
With Tesla everything is always “later” or “soon” or “in the near future” and people believe in that…lmfao
😂😂 you build FSD . Smart-ass!
In June/July TESLA will 🚀👨🚀 with FSD. Then when he starts selling it to the other car manufacturers it will REALLY rocket up!!! No more DUI's, can work, sleep, watch tv while you car drives you to work. @charlesporter7449
Tesla stock will be between 600.00/1,000 2025.
@@rickhammond2473 no, $1 million
It doesn't matter what happens or what is happening. Money is your God and that is all that matters.
Be fearful when others are greedy, be greedy when others are fearful. Pltr PE ratio is > 500.
And their rule of 40 is 80! 80!!!!
My compliments Mr. Dan Ives !🎉
I'm pissed. I had cash to buy palantir on the last dip down to 60s and I listened to Jim Cramer he said don't buy!
Why would you ever listen to Cramer? You should always do the opposite of what he recommends
@@danbrown6072😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Google got rekt :/
Id be pretty upset if Palantir is the next oracle or salesforce, i want it to be bigger than those two combined heck bigger than NVDA even
Buy Alex Karp’s book this February.
how's DEEPSEEK doing so far ?
he can't have an interview without saying AI lol
The Google prediction didn't age well. 🙄🙄🙄
we'll try to upload more palantir videos as well! we've got a few chart analysis over on our utube channel fam!
Very Wrong on GOOGLE
PLTR, CIA, USAID have in common?
Dan, Dan, Dan……i mentioned some time ago i warmed up to you whilst late to PLTR but you figured it out and put your arms around the tech. Now you have to forget TSLA vehicles/FSD and look at the power storage and the bots. The cars were only a platform….
Palantir has done its run for now. This will come down to 60s
He got google wrong
This guy just hypes everything. Every hot tech stock. That's easy.
What I don’t get is how we’re constantly hearing that the stock market is headed for a crash, yet at the same time, we’re being shown ways to invest in it. Is that an oxymoron or a paradox? I’m thinking of investing over $150k, but I’m unsure about the best strategies for managing the risk."
6250 shares at $13. Suck it bears.
That google prediction not going to age well. 😂🤣
Good call on Google Dan lmao. It's currently down 16 not up 40 #fail
It's almost worth the same as Oracle... 250 B vs oracles 460 B. But oracle has 14 B in revenue compared to Palantir's 820 million on a quarterly basis.
Pump and dump.
Reality has no basis in these discussions! 😂
It has to do with growth!
@ It has to grow 50% for 7 years in a row to justify its current market cap, with no interruptions and the stock to stay at current levels.
It will need to have little to no competition in those 7 years. No pandemics, war, or major market problems.
No company has ever accomplished it, but maybe Palantir can.
@@aguyinavan6087 "@aguyinavan6087, these fanboys will never learn."
Buy Google, 250 target
Dan in his kitchen lol
I think Tesla is in trouble. Elon’s engagement in politics is more than alarming. Tesla sales in California down more then 30% in Europe down 60% , Tesla latest additions the cyber truck is not selling at all. Elon was always my hero but his involvement in politics making me thinking twice about his judgment. ( Just my opinion )
True, the car business is terrible which is why he has to hype up FSD and humanoid robots. Could those work out? Maybe, maybe not. His obsession with posting on X and politics has distracted his focus from his company.
Ask yourself what made Elon your “hero”? Elon is brilliant, but I never found hero qualities in him.
FSD and Robotaxi in the same year!🤯 Tesla $5T🥳
Tesla needs to get rid of Musk.
$10,000 for a novice, retail investor? The myopia is unreal... LOL! Whatever..
This Einstein is permanently bullish! Short memory span!
This woman is a weak journalist ! I’m wondering how she got the job !
Dan Ives talks out of his ass.
Call it a bubble without saying it isnt.
Hopefully tesla robotaxis dont start stacking up body counts because the regulators were forced to approve technology that wasn't ready 👀
So PLTR $500? GTFO
They said the same about Tesla 🤷🏻♂️
@@Ye-tf9im Putting TSLA in the same category as PLTR is stupid
@@HowardRoark1 ever heard of DOGE? Let me guess you think Tesla is a car company eh 😂😭
More from Dan " Tesla Pumper " Ives. I'm just hoping Tesla goes bankrupt and Musk is sent to Mars.
Stop him pls somebody. Market correction will be a good lesson for everybody who listen for such stock market gurus 😂😂😂
