I was married to a malayali guy and rather than this i had literally learnt to make all the varieties of Kerala style foods. Because I feel kerala foods are wholesome and very very nutritious for health. That's the reason I had practiced myself with everyday kerala style dish i know it's tough to cutting and chopping and cooking rather then Bengali foods(as I'm Bengali) but yes I do fail several times to meet my destination of perfect kerala cuisine foods but I'm maybe lucky and it's all by god grace that my mallu husband basically eats everything with a love and affection whether sometimes it's bad or it's good.😅

I love fish to the extent that even if its half cooked, would still eat it off with relish. Also being a bong and being Gifted with four awesome cooks in my life, my grandmother, my mom, my sis and my wife, all of them can cook Iliish machher paturi, machher jhaal, poshto iliish, doi iliish, chingri machher malai kari aboslutely fabulously. So when I saw the topic I was immediately drawn towards it because I had the good fortune to taste pomfret fry in an Indian restaurant in Dubai, place close to YMCA hostel. The taste of the same made me eat there for all the 9 days I was in Dubai. Thanks for sharing and making me remember a very happy memory.
