well josh am glad your doing so well there , you will have to continue without me fishing in your pocket for a while. presently i'm up in the gulf of carpentaria fishing my head off (best wild barra so far 91.5cm) so look out for some new video when i get back. Fishing is awesome here. cheers and tight lines
I am fishing in the seaway, The broadwater and all the way up past the pin. Knowledge and understand the fish that you are chasing helps heaps. Watch the tides, best catches are around the top and bottom of the tides. Also watch for indicators of fish feeding. Its a numbers game, the more times you go the more you learn and the better you will get. Join a club like the Gold Coast Sportfishing Club and learn from others Cheers
some are caught trolling but if you look you can see that the majority were caught on soft plastics. I mainly use gulps but any reasonable minnow type lure will work ie. lively lures, rapalas, bombers, reidy's etc. Good luck with your fishing
Practice, try new thoughts and ideas, understand the fish you target. Go out with one target species in mind you will always get other species. Its a numbers game the more you fish the better you will get and the more you will catch.
