The Big Man's Spaghetti (please see description below)

A must try meal... Again taking another dish to a whole nother level and this time it's "spaghetti" being twisted up to a much more hearty, mouthwatering, and of course flavorful dish so please give this a try your gonna love it...
video includes both measurements and directions for recipe
note: *
*start off with 1 tbsp of soy sauce and taste test after adding sugar and keep in mind the flavors will intensify after cooking
*only add the additional 1/2 cup beef broth if you feel the sauce is too thick after baking...
*If by hour 2 sauce seems thinner increase heat to 350 till meat is super tender (ovens vary in temperature)
