Hi I don’t have a tortilla press, does using a rolling pin affect the titiyas?

Actually, I’ve only recently started using the tortilla press because it’s quicker,and more uniform, but there is absolutely no difference in the outcome of taste or texture of the titiya’s. 😊

Can I double the ingredients for a bigger batch?

Yes, you sure can , only I double everything except the baking powder. I find adding only an additional 2 tsp works. 😊
