The gaster blasters can be explained by the fact that his last turn was the gaster blaster circle attack, the game just repeated the attack because it tried to give Sans a turn.

Taking days, if not weeks to complete the game, in this multi-dimensional marathon of not-missing-out-on-anything. And if they are far out and beyond the mere description of a masochistic person, there could be a shared hp for all of the dimensions options, just for their personal pleasure.
Oh yeah the Muffet fight in Genocide actually does have unique dialogue if you don’t kill her right away. She mentions that she stayed behind to get rid you since you’re a rotten ingredient, and that she regrets not eating Alphys when she approached her to offer to escape.
I’m not sure if people understand the karma effect, sans isn’t in control of the effect rather it is what it’s called, karma for killing almost every monster in the underground, for proof check the health bar in the asgore genocide cutscene you can see the “KR” next to the health bar.
