      they won't tell ya because they just don't know. in most of these exercises the bands are completely useless.

      @@adamjones5155 I didn't say bands don't work - in fact they do. Using them doesn't make sense in every exercise though.

      Isn't that more explosive power training?
      I don't see how there is any use of elastic response or reactivity in the exercises shown.

      Joel Hall the resistance is forcing the athlete to work harder through every rep maximizing muscle activation which can be interrupted differently for any athlete or trainer. For us this type training has proven very beneficial
