This is absolutely brilliant, such a great live band Peter Cox is playing in Redhill England next month (2023). Can't wait to see my most favourite singer. Please come and make it a sell out.
What a treat this video is. Go West have always had absolutely top-notch musicians in the band, each staying true to the original studio versions of the songs yet bringing their own particular character and brilliance to the stage. Vinnie's bass playing here (as everywhere) is phenomenal, and Brooky's amazing drumming locks into it so tight you couldn't get a flypaper between them. And that's before you even consider the guitars, keys and the legendary Peter Cox - surely one of the greatest rock/soul/pop singers of all time, and yet one of the most underrated. They still kick ass after all these years, so if you ever get the chance to see them live - especially performing a full set as opposed to the festival 'greatest hits' set - take it. You won't regret it.

I've been a fan since I heard the Bangs & Crashes album in 1986. Their second album was Dancing On The Couch from 1987 and its very underrated. The guitarist here does a nice job of Alan's solos, which can't be easy. I love the '80's synth sound and would like them to do a new album for us 80's fans with the instrumentation they used then. It's the old faves most of us prefer so why not do it.

kinda wanted to hear him say "dont look down girl" but he only sang it twice at the end which was the only thing to complain about i guess and that drummer was killing that shit. Whole band was tight too.
