It takes courage to go against society's norms and take steps towards living the life of your dreams, but you don't have to do it alone. I've been taking leaps of faith into the unknown for a few years now and I've been doing it mostly alone up until now. I now wish to start creating a community of people who support and inspire each other to make the changes necessary to live a healthy and happy life.
