I've been running a Briar in my son and mine's OgerBolt deck and it seems quite hard to pull a Briar move, because you'll need to attack with Ogerpon when most of the time energy is discarded from it for Bolt's attack. From our playtest sesh with our friends a few hours back, we've decided to take it out from our deck
@@BeyfighterFaris it's very handy against single prizers and garde. Also is good against zard. I rather have it as a win condition because the deck otherwise struggles against those decks.
@@RubenFernandoTorres so it supersedes Legacy energy? Because it says it one less prize. Why does briar take 1 more despite it saying you take one less
@@BasedTCG they neutralize each other. Legacy says one less, so its - 1 and if you play briar its one more, which means +1 so in the end you get the "normal" amount of prizes.
Been having a lot of fun with wild rogue decks like toedscruel and other wacky decks like that other than just palkia, which this is the best palkia decks ive never tried, so there is that

Dragapult ex x TM Evo x 3 Drakloak is underrated
Zoroarc V is pretty nasty in this format with the area zero stadium. Full damaged bench is like 450 damage 😅
Ahh yes. Went against a friend of mine who plays that deck. Stronkkk!
Been playing it online and it's good fun even hitting for 280 without extra bench is decent
what are you thoughts about toedscruel ex ogerpon with area zero?
I really want to run this. Seems like it should be solid verse dragapult and charizard.
I’ve had fun with it, and it can win. I’d say B tier imo. Not meta, but not super rouge either.
I think if you can place a kricketune in the deck it can definitely be very powerful
@@haydenmartin100 i played it at my locals and has solid match against drago too if i start first
@@drago1587 ya I just gotta figure out a list with the stellar crown cards
Great overview thank you
in the miraidon deck, why are you running mew two when you have no psychic energy
You need a tera Pokémon in the bench to enable area zero underdepths and since it's an eletric type you can set it up with miraidons ability. 😊
Could Glimmora ex be the bdif? 🤔
What happens if you play briar and knock out a Pokémon with legacy energy on it
If its a one prizer you will get 1 prize, if its a 2 prizer, its 2 prizes

Raging bolt with Crispin and Briar is really strong now, those were the buffs the deck needed
Briar isnt worth it, if you test it enough youll notice it doesnt get used nearly often enough to justify it over almost literally anything else
@@flowbie-1336briar is worth it bc of the charizard matchup.
I've got a new deck i came up with palkia charizard working together works well newly tested 3 out of 5 wins so far
I beat everything but charizard ex with Palafin ex pretty easily
List ?
Bro, that Raging Bolt deck is outdated,
There should be 2 Noctowl + 2 Glass Trumpet on that deck, imagine that damage
Literally nobodoy who wins tournaments is playing that
