    Hi Chris,
How cold must it be before those nozzles can produce snow?
    best regards

There are charts for wet bulb temperature which dictate when and basically how good the making will be....at my humidity levels in Mississippi, I have found that 27F is the highest it can be, and best making happens between 20-26F. Accumulation is a huge function of wind and how much it gets carried away...a slight breeze in the right direction really helps carry and get more spread out coverage, or really hurts in the wrong direction.
      Best regards,
      Chris

And also what nozzles are you using

MN Life I am using either MEG 4002 and or 4003 depending on the pressure washer and number of nozzles in order to maintain 600psi. I am using a MEG 2505 nucleation nozzle.

What is the estimated production rate?

See my other comment on wind effects, but in the right conditions you can expect roughly 0.5" or a little more per hour in the area it is falling. The area in which I get this amount is estimated to be an oval around 10-15' x 20-25'. You have to move it around to get even coverage for say sledding, otherwise you make a large mound.
