I'm not sure but the BTU value between Kero and diesel may not be to significant and could be compensated on the thermostat. If I was to burn diesel I'd go with winter verses summer cut or what you Americans call # 1 verses #2. Kero has less impurities and may not gum the unit up over time. Also diesel tends to gell at colder temps and arguably you may not be out camping but an ice fishing shack may utilize this unit. I'm sitting in a truck store looking at this very unit and the wifes not with me, Santa could come early. Great video thanks and yea I like the pants also

I was just curious, what type of power source do you use to run the Planar 4k, solar generator, or marine type battery. I spoke with the manufacturer in Canada, they told me to only use a deep cycle battery not a solar battery station. If you could shed some light I’d appreciate it. Thanks keep up the good work.
