New York puts their homeless in hotels or completely buses them off to another state. Would you rather the homeless camps be somewhere you don't see? In the middle of the forest? With no resources available for people that want help? Is that what you want? There will always be struggling people, the only thing that will change is whether you will see them or not.

A town full of people that I’m sure don’t want to be addicted to possibly the worst drug ever known, they look like zombies. This is something we would see on television, a horror movie.
I feel so sorry for these people, it’s like no one cares! Why isn’t there a council or governor that can do something.
How are they getting the drugs?
I watched a video a while ago and the dealers would turn up each morning, giving out free samples! Wtf? Free samples?!
Why aren’t the police waiting somewhere to arrest the dealers? That’s a start.

What type of government would allow large swaths of taxable properties to just die in blight. Everyone who is working and paying their own tax bills are burdened. It would be interesting to see an accounting of “homeless services” receiving public funds and tracking of what they actually do, if anything. I’ve seen a few undercover videos of one such service supposedly feeding the homeless and the employees hide at a coffee shop all day instead of handing out the food. Then tossed the food in a dumpster. There’s just so many criminal enterprises at the homeless trough, from the drug dealers to the mayors and governors’ offices.

Yeah, a lot of them won't make it much longer out there, not in that condition where they have no clue what's going on, which is a lot of the addicts they days, it's a complete disaster down there. It's getting colder as well.

TERRIBLE CONDITION! Why the American government does not take action with this situation. As the world's number 1 super power country. This is very unpleasant and horrible conditions!!!

The rich get richer and these poor people are forgotten and left to live on the streets. 😔

They're doing in to themselves on some level though. Of course you're going to be poor and forgotten living like this. I have seen some amazing changes when an addict decides he's done for good and dedicates his life to improving it. I had a friend who was a homeless addict, who worked his way up to middle upper class. Beautiful home and car with a nice family, so some responsibility has to be taken on the individual. That said, some people are too far gone, and there should be some help. I have heard there is help in Kensington. The government specifically isn't going to help though, and they can't help people individually either though. A lot of this stuff is individual. You have to change as an individual to get out of this. I wish the government would care more though, but I don't see it ever happening.
