Honestly I thought I was the only one who saw the flaws of these gimmicks in universe at least those who use them are not real trainers but glorified show offs and bullies not real trainers if they were true pokemon trainers they would appreciate what their pokemon look like instead of taking the easy way out in pokemon training
@TezzerTaken exactly at best team rocket would treat their pokemon better than most overglorifed showoffs who call themselves trainers and there have been times where villains used these gimmicks for evil I saw those bums in universe are no better if not worse than the regional evil team
Great video! I definitely agree with the recent gimmicks not living up and definitely explored some ways to improve. If you dont mind me giving some advice I think you should make yourself a bit louder, video content was great but you were a bit quiet and boosting that a bit might be a good thing! Additionally maybe a short intro even just introducing yourself and have some copyright free pokemon themed music playing for the first few seconds, as long as it doesnt drown out the sound of your voice
Thanks a lot, I appreciate any type of feedback since I'm still just trying to improve. I struggle when it comes to deciding how loud is to loud, so I'll try working on it in the future. And the whole intro idea might be a good shout, if I remember I'll try it out in my next video!
Honestly in my opinion I think Z-moves are the worst, then dynamax, then terastalization. I think Tera was a good idea, it wasn’t as good as mega, but definitely not bad. I think it’s interesting in battle and add a lot of strategy. I also think the fact that having priority is fair as you both can terastalize.
@@SuperGamerCatholic457 I enjoyed Generation 3 of Pokémon because it introduced colored sprites and significantly improved graphics compared to previous games. Generation 4 brought the Physical/Special split, which was a great change. From Generation 5 onward, everything started to decline: Gen 5: TMs became reusable, which removed the challenge of carefully deciding which Pokémon to teach a move to. It took the risk and strategy behind choosing which TM to use and which to save for later use. Gen 6: Mega Evolutions were introduced and they were OP. With just 6 Megas available before the Elite Four, two were handed to you just through story progression. Besides, items like Choice Specs or Life Orb feel obsolete-I can just Mega Evolve into a Pokémon with near-legendary stats. Even some legendaries seemed weak compared to Megas. Gen 7: Z-Moves were added, but I found them unappealing. The unskippable animations and the silly dance moves your character had to perform sickend me. We had Gen 5’s type gems, which provided a similar effect without the theatrics. Gen 8: Gigantamax looked unappealing to me, so I skipped. Gen 9: Terastallization seems trashy. They gave sparkly effects and oversized, goofy-looking hats.
Good question, but I think you misunderstood what I said in the video, I mean't it shouldn't always have priority, and instead should be a chance system so your opponent has a chance to atleast counter, I've been in situation where people have terstalized into their own type giving a 2x boost with literally no counter. That's why I think it should be a 1/2 chance not guaranteed.
Yeah I might've been a bit harsh with Z-Moves, funnily enough, I really enjoyed them, I just felt like there only flaw was that they didn't have much impact in the battle overall.
I just want to note that you CAN use Z moves multiple times, as stated with the rotom power. They aren't too difficult to obtain, which cures that problem.
@Mateusz44483 True, but that argument loses some of it's validity when you consider that pokemon with already high speed benefit alot more from the mechanic then others. If your pokemon is faster then the opposing it literally dosent matter if ur both dynamax or terstalised, ur getting one shotted.
@TezzerPlays Dynamax? Yes. But in this case you need a strong defense to survive. For terstalization you need type coverage. If what you say was true everyone would use it offensively.
Type coverage really isn't enough, it's not like terastalization limits you from using other move types. My issue was with pokemon with incredibly high speed and attack stats having a stupid advantage. For example flutter mane, sure you can terstalize to a pokemon with a resistance to its moves, but it's high speed and speed atk, will still do stupid damage and the added speed dosent help that problem.

Thats a unique outlook on the topic, when you put it like that, it makes it sound like everyone is a villan😂

Your philosophy on pokemon kind of reminds me of N from unova. I wonder if Pokémon would be treated the same if they were real.
Small correction. Megas were also in Sun and Moon (Not the ultra games)
Sorry mb, I didn't play the sun and moon games, I only played usum, didn't know they were in both games.

My opinion is the exact opposite lol, even though it sounds like I hate Z-Moves in the video, I really enjoyed them.
@TezzerPlays dang you replied fast
@@crimsonr-t5007 I'm on holiday, dont really have any other commitments lol
I stoped to like Pokemon since gen 5. Gen 3 with Fire red, Leag Green, Ruby, Saphire and Emerald are the peak for me.
I enjoyed the Ruby and Sapphire remakes so much, I still like pokemon but I'll admit, I feel it fell off a bit.
So did I until I wanted to see how the 3ds Pokemon games were. They weren't what I expected!! 🤨🤨😂😂

Terastralliszation should have priority over all moves. Why do you think it shouldn't?

it started with dynamaxing, mega and z moves where cool asl

Yeah I probably should've noted that in my video, my bad. Honestly, kinda wanna see them again.
let game freak cook bro
Tell me how they manage to burn it almost everytime😭
@TezzerPlays 😂 don't worry, they still got money to burn more HAHAHAHA. Game Freak still got chance in the Switch 2 🔥
dynamax and terestalization unblazanced? Joke.
Dynamax literally had to get banned in double battles, why do you think it is balanced?
@TezzerPlays Dynamax and terestalization can by used be every pokemon and bouth do not require an item. They can be used more flexibly.
