He usually cooked pasta with butter and cheese for her wife just having a baby. Some American customers were so enthusiastic about this pasta they have recreated come back to States. Then it's becam dish cream and cheese based could you add everything potentially as American way

I went to Italy last month. Could feel a real difference of Italian food although I ate at inexpensive eateries. Though I had IBS, ate lots of pizzas and pastas, nothing went wrong. Really love their food.
My stomach is a disaster here in the US but anywhere in Europe it’s happy as can be!

@Premaust you should go to Modena if you want to eat the best things. I am italian, not from that city but that is the italian gastronomic center. Modena's restaurants make fresh pasta by hand daily, same for ravioli, tortellini, tigelle, pasta all'uovo, tagliatelle... Trust me on this one.

As a chinese person, we take our frozen dumplings seriously LOL. Either we buy them frozen from a restaurant / make it ourselves, or buy it from the store. But the store brand frozen dumplings try really hard because they know they'll go out of business if it tastes bad.
