      +Sandiegochargers85 You know Jordan chandler said he lied

    • @KinkssNCoilss
      @KinkssNCoilss 8 лет назад +81

      Sandiegochargers85 The description was not correct and it was not a birthmark Jordan Chandler was describing; It was patches of vitiligo. Michael had previously disclosed on TV that he had that disease and everyone knows that it causes spotting so, Jordan Chandler (or rather the adults around him, namely, his dad) tried to guess what Michael's genitals looked like. Look at this rough draft of the description:
      michaeljacksonallegations.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/drawing-VG-book.jpg
      Obviously, a 13 year old did not write the things on that paper. On the side, it says MY THEORY. Why theorize if Jordy knew what Michael looked like? There's a bunch of scribblings about what they were going to say Michael's body looked like but the biggest problem is at the top of the paper. They assumed that Michael, like most American males, was circumcised; HE WAS NOT. The autopsy performed on him in 2009 confirmed this, also. Based on the particular acts that were supposed to have occurred, Jordy would've known Michael was uncut if they'd actually happened. He was old enough to know the difference between a cut and uncut penis. It's a scary state of affairs when you are saved because your penis has a foreskin.
      Also, TWO grand juries were convened in 93 - 94 who saw the photos and description, as well as other "evidence" that LE brought up and both refused to indict Michael. There was no evidence so, I'm not sure where you get this idea of "all the evidence" because there wasn't any.
      Lastly, you and damn near the rest of the entire population, need to learn what a civil settlement is, what it means and what it does not mean. Google is free. When people file a civil lawsuit, it means they want money. That's the only thing you can get from a civil lawsuit. Those families SUED Michael Jackson; THEY WANTED MONEY. Jordy Chandler's father was recorded on audio (BEFORE HIS SON EVER MADE ANY ALLEGATIONS!!) saying he was going to "win big time" if he went through with his plan. Evan Chandler was already demanding money from Michael before the allegations went public. Why the hell don't you people ever ask why parents would want money if their kid had been abused instead of seeking justice through the criminal court system?? Hello??
      The Chandler settlement was for $15.3M and a copycat claim that popped up right after the Chandler claim was for $2M. Total, that was around $18M which was a hell of a lot less than Michael would've lost from paying legal fees, breaching previously signed contracts...etc. He ended up having to cancel the end portion of his Dangerous World Tour, anyway, because he succumbed to the stress of dealing with those allegations and he got sued by the tour company for $20M right off the bat for breaching that contract.
      CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING. You can't give a knee jerk, surface level assessment of a complex situation. Financially, it was just better for him to settle. The downside to settling, it made Michael a target for future charlatans to come along and it made him look guilty in the eyes of the public who don't know a damn thing about the legal system.
      Long story short, there was no evidence that Michael Jackson ever committed the acts he was accused of. Either learn the actual facts or shut up.

      I almost want to give Kimmel a break because I know those elementary jokes are what gives his show ratings, but come on now. Insulting someone who brought pure magic, bliss, and change to the world? A person of such humbling and good nature? What does that say of Kimmel? A lot. If you're not able to understand a genius, it's fine. Many don't. They're geniuses for a damn reason. But this is just downright low and pathetic.

    • @user-yy9xu6pu2d
      @user-yy9xu6pu2d 9 лет назад +53

      The cases were PROVEN and blatant extortion attempts, and if Kimmel can't see that, then I have lost all my respects and credibility for this man.
      Fine. In the end (out of ignorance) go right on ahead and eat all the lies and tabloid stories the media spoon-fed us about Michael, but he remains the Greatest Of All Time, no question no doubt. You can hate this man, but facts can't deny where this man stands and how great his legacy was. His fan base was the second most similar to The Beatles, and we're all aware of their impact on American culture. So just think about that. People in REMOTE AREAS know and love Michael Jackson. Mike was a talent separated from the industry itself. His music appealed to every race, EVERY age, every gender.. EVERYONE. That is something ALL of today's artists are incapable of doing. He was one of the few founding fathers of modern music. This man is going down in history books, and staying up with the Greatest of the Greats. Can't say the same about Kimmel

      Brown Mamba Yes he was great in that. Michael Jackson couldn't. But when it comes to Energy, Passion and the way HE makes his music he is really there as well. He cannot play it but he plays it via his head and mouth via beatboxing. He creates the Rythem. And then on stage Michael Jackson is on Fire. Prince is good but he didn't leave a mark anywhere close to Michael Jackson. Not trying to take away from him, but Mike is on a other level.

      Peggy Micsky He didn’t just “play basketball.” It was his life, and it showed. I highly suggest you watch his short film “Dear Basketball,” which he won an Academy Award for. Maybe then you’ll “get it,” even just a little. He embodied what it means to be a superstar athlete and a good human being. It wasn’t JUST that he could play, he was excellent, and more so, it was HOW he played and how he handled what wins and losses came his way both on and off the court. He was a hero to many, a mentor, a friend, a father, a husband... He showed the world what it meant to work hard and be confident and to love your craft and work tirelessly for it no matter what it is. He was a philanthropist and after he retired, started his own basketball club for youth, wrote books both fiction and non fiction, and some have even described him as his own philosopher. He means many different things to many different people, but it’s safe to say that he was bigger than basketball. His passion was contagious and always will be.

    After watching his documentary, it's clear to me that this man was a student of people and crafts. He learned from an early age that you have to learn how to become an expert in something and I see here where he asked Bill Clinton and Michael Jackson how they honed their crafts.
    He didn't need college because he already knew how to become good at what his passion was.

    I’m just now seeing this video in Dec 2021. What a missed opportunity for Jimmy Kimmel to really find out about the greatest entertainer this world has known. Kobe left the opportunity wide open where Jimmy could have asked about the anatomy of MJ’s work, etc.The info could have helped a lot of others who aspire to be entertainers/singers. Seems Kobe got an small education from MJ. May they both Rest In Peace.
