I think the message here is fine however you have to remember that AMC is not a profitable company and has consistently been burning cash. The capital raises have been the only thing that have allowed amc to survive for this long. I hate dilution, but in this case it is necessary to avoid bankruptcy long enough for GameStop to squeeze and ultimately for amc to follow with it.

You are 100% right, necessary for "AMC", but that is much different than AMC's "common shareholder" who has been slaughtered in order to keep afloat the company itself.

Thank u so much for the info update Clay ! I would never have known this because I was under the assumption that it was a very good long-term holding & swing trading ?
This was informative and insightful information ! I don’t quit understand the whole diluting & bad intentions behind the scenes of public companies & this was definitely eye opening info🙏🏻
BTW….. my home projects will be completed this weekend and I will be enrolling in your second part Clay University course next week and only then will I swing trade once again AMC.

I made money shorting AMC all day. Took a final short trade and the bloody thing reversed on its way down and hit my stop loss. All my profits, and more, gone. It's a funny feeling when you know you played the trend right but still got outplayed somehow. Had I moved that SL few points higher my position would've remained and I'd be in good profits right now.

Our local AMC closed not too long ago. And our REGAL movie theater. Both replaced with Horizon Cinemas with real comfy seats. They will die also

I’m not invested in any but That’s what I was thinking amc has died because they are trying to save the company. I remember when it hit like 60 per share he sold like 3 mil shares and it’s way below 2020 prices

Without the shareholders holding up AMC, this company would be bankrupted in 2022. It's crazy to think about a world without theaters. I think that shareholders only delayed that inevitability
