This video deserves more views and likes. Thanks for sharing.
I love that innovation of bending up the bottom wire for a kit guard! That is so smart! Great video! Thank you so much for posting it.
I appreciate your kind words. Your Welcome!
These are by far the best rabbit videos I've seen yet. I've looked for
about 3 years now and you are the guy who did this with price, ease and
efficiency in mind. The watering system, open flap backing on the rabbit
shed, plastic container storage and the integrated hay rack; all the
tips are much appreciated. God's blessings to you and yours and thanks
again,
Jes
I'll repeat this message for the other videos and urge others to take a look as well.
Anyone who doesn't like this vid pays way too much for cages. Great vid nice clean cuts.
Agreed. Money isn't free and not everybody makes extra money to purchase things like this
Brilliant! That's the most ingenious brake I've seen yet and it's absolutely the way I'll be bending mine, once I'm done with building the raised bed gardens and I can get started on rabbit cages.
You got all the toys, that is a handy man
I have finished all 12 of these cages and I think they are awesome! Very strong and straight! Take a look at my Hay Feeder that I positioned above the feeder and load thru the top of the cage. That works excellent. Very little hay falling thru the cage. The rabbits really enjoy the hay and none of it is wasted. Thanks for watching.
Great tip. Was wondering how to cut it and you answered the question. Thanks
I was looking for a brake to bend some 1/2" X 1" cage wire. Your 2x4 system is just what I need, it's cheaper, lighter and with a few tweaks will work perfect for my needs. Thanks for sharing.
Great design idea for including the baby saver. Thank you
Thank you so much for sharing this great idea!
Very nice tutorial. I am working on some stackers and didn't think about making my own baby-saver wire like you did in the video. Great money saver!
Only difference I think is I will need to use my Dremel tool to cut the wire and am thinking about using C-rings instead of the J-clips (arthritis in my hands). I really enjoyed watching this!
Sir, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
You did a great job!
You are amazing. This was very helpful. Thank you so much.

Cut off blade on a grinder is faster no need for all the boards and screwgun
Great video. Can you post the wire dimensions you use? I am going to use your design.
your way looks like the making of a high quality cage the fast way is not also ways the best. I would rather take my time and do it right the first time. even if it takes longer.
Work smarter not harder
Are your slippers steel toe?
where can I buy 14 G 36X36 75 ft at and thank you. FR 31 MAR 17 21:45 PM EST
Many thanks! What size blade (6"), and what type of blade are you using in your Saws-all?
+D. Bartholomew You can use the cheapest metal cutting blade you can find.
Looks like an amazing design! Hope to use this design in our cages 😊 thanks!
Also, how much was it total to make these at home and can you share the link on where you got the materials? Would love to know!
I don't remember the exact cost but I think the entire cage with feeder was around $35. Obviously that did not account for my time. When looking for cage wire consider Galvanized After Welding as being superior to galvanized before. I bought my wire from a manufacturer in Massachusetts. They used to advertise heavily on Ebay. Since it was not a far drive I personally went there and picked the wire I wanted. They brought me to the back and showed me options for what they had available. What I bought was factory seconds. Some parts of the roll had a quality issue so they sold those rolls cheaper. The place was huge and had many large machines that automatically welded and produced the cage wire. I would contact these people if looking for wire. www.ebay.com/usr/value-wire-mesh-outlet?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
Battery powered jig saw works well also.
where in ma did you buy the wire thanks for the help
I think from this place but I don't really remember. Pretty much 95% sure. Contact them. I purchased seconds or discounted rolls. riverdale.com/
I can not find 1/2" x 1" 14 gauge wire in a 36" wide roll anywhere. I'm only having luck finding it in 16 gauge. Do you or anyone on here know where I can get the 14 gauge at?
I think he meant 16 gauge.
You can get it online from klubertanz equipment
KW Cage has the good stuff in California

Thanks! have you seen this rabbit video? ruclips.net/video/Qu8rffX5fEU/видео.html
Wrong tools totally. Drill as a screwdriver? If you used a grinder for cutting would've been way faster and more accurate. Wouldn't need to screw in the wood pieces at all. The replicating saw is too hard to control. It is only for very rough jobs. Love the way you designed your bottoms. Genius.
Sweet!
I was lucky and had metal roofing shears and metal break that belonged to my father in laws roofing and siding company

put that drill on #2!

This is a big huge no-no!
It’s uncomfortable walking on wire, imagine you living in a wire closet
