- Two Ohio police officers are on paid leave after the death of Frank Tyson who was handcuffed and left facedown on a barroom floor.
So, he was a veteran? That's awful.

if the owner or employees call the police or direct police towards an offender the police are going to make a determination based on the situation. unfortunately alcohol fuels a range of often volatile emotions and aggressive or threatening behavior. if police need to use more compassionate discretion when stabilizing suspects then the suspects need to use more responsible behavior prior to police being called.

It's interesting how much support Veterans get, unless they are Black. Obviously, as a Veteran he more than likely has PTSD. It doesn't matter that he was resisting arrest, the moment that he said he couldn't breathe, they should have turned him over. Even Criminals have a right to their day in Court. The Guy two weeks ago in Jersey I believe, stabbed to Police Officers, and had his day in Court. All this Man did was cause a drunken disturbance, yet he's deceased. Let's stop acting like Ethnicity doesn't play a part in how the Police treat those in their custody?
