you are allowed to record anyone on public property no matter who it is ,when you are on private property it is up to whoever owns the property on whether you can record but they must have no recording signs up, only places i know makes a big deal about recordings or photos is federal places or courts, heck you can even record police or police stations in all 50 states lol, i got a hidden camera in my car i record while i drive just in case of a accident, i don't really get pulled over by cops but if i did i would record them with it too...only my version does 70 minute videos instead of 10 minute videos

The lights dont even bother to come on when pressing the button....only when its charging. Waste of money on cheap chinese crap.
it's very bad Chinese production it works for e few days, and the battery life is very bad too
