eh... Woodley is a better rapper than Brendan is a comedian. Woodley's flow really aint that bad and he does know how to pick dope beats.. its his lyrics and rhymes that are lack luster. Also I 100% have heard worse on the radio before. Brendan's comedy on the other hand.. He's more of a story teller than a comedian, he just happens to be telling a story in a funny way. The only joke I actually laughed at in his special was the "Special Colored Gatorades" joke. He says when he first gets a big fight at the UFC, they had all these crazy colors that the public never gets, after he gets KOd by Browne, Schaubs like, " All that stuff that was in the locker room before.. gone. Sure could use one of those rare colored gatorades right now.. "

But here's the thing, I get that Brendan get's a lot of shit but he's actually funny but not in a standup/performative way. He has the type of funny that will make you laugh when you are chilling with your friends and you guys are talking about random shit and he says something spontaneously. I think he's a funny in person like if you were chilling with him, but not as a comedian. His standup was storytelling.

@MrOGG I understand the point he was making. The UFC never made a counter offer to Colby or Usman. Both fighters said no, and the UFC immediately brought out the real contracts for Nate and Jorge, which was the plan all along. Now the UFC is offering Colby and Usman real contracts for 245. They're negotiating back and forth, so it's likely they're fighting on December 14th.

That was one of my dream matchups. GSP would’ve been healthier at 170 not force feeding himself to have colitis and still facing Bisping. On the feet they are essentially equal, maybe a slight advantage because of Tyron’s explosiveness and danger factor. I thought the only way GSP could win would be to force the takedown on Woodley and submit him but that’s a talllll order considering Woodley’s wrestling pedigree and high level ground game
I love GSP an everything but it made me upset that someone I had so much respect for decided to fight Bisping mostly because it was a favorable matchup in comparison to the other deadly middleweights. Yoel Romero, Whittaker et cetera would have been dangerous matchups. Bisping is a handicaped fighter, the guy has a disability. I really don't think people realize how much harder it is when you only have one fucking eye to fight with. Your spatial awareness, depth perception, and visual judgement is messed up. GSP got that hook which knocked down bisping on the side that Bisping had a bad eye. It's bullshit. That really upset me about GSP.
@@ethiopiansickness I 100%. Not taking anything away from Bisping but he beat a cocky and chinny Rockhold and a semi retired Hendo. If Romero or Whittaker wouldve been champs, I doubt GSP wouldve come out retirement to fight those guys. Both horrible stylistic match ups for GSP

I drove and chaffeured for Tyron. Nicest celebrity/sports person type I ever met. We talked ufc, cars, guns, etc. Turns out were interested in all the same shit. Super down to earth and chill guy. Offered me lunch and tipped well. Ever since I've been a huge fan and wished more people knew what a neat guy he is.
Yeah over the years ive grown to like him more. His feud with the ufc was a bad look and its cool that he admits now that he was in the wrong. He’s a smart, humble, down the earth guy. Also was an incredible champ and took out some of the best guys at the time. I hope he makes a strong comeback, the rematch would be intense. Imagine the two of them both performing at their best

No Ben's never really competed in submission tournaments, he's a wrestler who only has a handful of sub wins. If you want a better idea of how they match up on the ground, Marcelo Garcia is on youtube(his channel) Rolling with the both of them. He catches Maia once in a sub and submits Ben I think 5 times in 6 minutes. I am looking forward to the fight and maybe Ben gets a decision but I'm about 75% sure its gonna go Maia's way.
