@@SammyandTommy we couldn’t because we hadn’t finished the first introductory diving before the night dive. But many people went during the evening and it looked amazing. Probably, the main difference is that you can spot more Coral Reef Sharks (White tip)
Being an Aussie, I've been out there a few times, Twice at Moore and Hook and Hardy reef. Watching your video makes me wants to go again for its a great day out. Have yet to do the overnighter. Maybe take the wife for our 30yr anniversary coming up for its a special place. I love this country. Thanks for the idea.
@SammyandTommy Our Honeymoon was at the Whitsundays on Hamilton Island a long time ago and on Valentines Day, we were at Hardy reef, so we took the opportunity flying over Heart reef with a helicopter, absolutely amazing. I've done again with my daughters now adults and wife flying over Arlington reef near Green island landing on Upolu Cay . The view from above is also spectacular. The overnighter stay is definitely what I need to do now. Thank you
Tommy, Tommy, you get to take your first dive on the Great Barrier Reef?! That’s like playing your first football game in the Superbowl! It’s as close as you’ll probably get to being an astronaut! Great video as always.
Great watching, Cairns will be the last major thing for me in Oz. Just back from the Kimberly, Purululu WA, Kakadu and Darwin NT. Cairns is our next trip after the cyclone season.
