Vocals and harmonies were amazing. Slow down the tempo just a touch. Reducing video speed to .75 hits much harder. This song is emotional so the singer needs to channel that emotion for the song to have a satisfying impact. Too often it felt like the singer was disconnected with the message, or at least I didn't believe in what the singer was saying. Music is emotional, so you have to be ready to give yourself over to it and just let go of everything else.
