That arpeggio run at 13:34 is so beautiful. When I first heard that phrase is this Piano Quartet I thought to myself "Mozart keep this melody going" and he did but it went in directions that were pure heaven. Beautiful playing. I can certainly see how much the performers are enjoying playing this Piano Quartet. Fantastic! Also like that cheeky smile at 14:30 between Azaf and Hagai of some known moment playing that part in the past.
Four musical Masters decided to play a Mozart quartet for piano, violin, viola and cello. No matter what they decided to do after this concert, their musical legacy will live on internet. Wonderful performance!! 👏👏

i have few recordings of this amazing piano quartet. This is one of the best one. Fast, the strings and the piano sound equal. The strings also play with minimum vibrato, they almost sound like period instruments...

This is an excellent performance. Some other versions of this quartet I've heard are a bit undercooked. These musicians are not afraid to play Mozart frankly - which is too rarely done, I feel - yet sacrifice none of the nuance and almost fastidious elegance so characteristic of his style.
Consistently does Mozart deliver music of such profundity, with such risk and yet utterly in proportion.
