Can I just say, your voice is absolutely lovely. What a feminine, soothing sound. Your family must be blessed to get to listen to that all day long. ❤️
A huge drawback to the PPP planner is that the weekly layout runs Sun-Sat. I've been planning Mon-Sun for as long as I can remember and I'm not sure it offered enough incentive to make such a huge change in my planning process. This was a great comparison video. Thank you so much for doing this 💕
I understand that completely! It’s a big shift, for sure. I would love if it had a Monday start. I did figure out a good work around that is working, but I understand that it won’t work for everyone.
Hi Ms. Nikki! I recently came across your channel again, I have no idea how I wasn’t subscribed anymore, but I was looking up planners and thank goodness I did find you again! I really appreciate this video! I’m not a fancy planner..I’ve tried it, with the washi and stickers and all that, but that just isn’t my jam. I prefer just a plain Walmart planner. However this year, I would like to focus more on house cleaning and organizing and I need some direction. I am subscribed to Kimmie and I absolutely love her and was debating on purchasing her planner for 2022. I follow fly lady loosely, but after watching this post, I think I am going to purchase the Penny Pincher planner. I love the direction of it..literally just wake up and do this 😂 I love that it’s written out for me and I don’t have to write everything out and it will keep me on track with my house and not so much freezer meals which isn’t really important in my family’s life at this time.
Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video! It was so helpful!! I definitely think the Passionate Penny Pincher will work best for me! I’m so excited! :)
I watched this last night but I'm watching it again because I can't decide! Will you be doing more plan with me's with She's in her Apron planner? Maybe you could do that but also pull out this year's Passionate Penny Pincher planner and flip to certain weeks that you used heavily to compare them and your thoughts?
Possibly! I’ve had to take a HARD look at what worked, what didn’t work, and what I THOUGHT I needed in a planner this year. The main ones I have used this year are The Passionate Penny Pincher, Plum Paper, and the She’s in her Apron. All very different. I do know which one I am using for 2022, though. What planner are you currently using? And do you follow Flylady Cleaning System or something else?
@@CarryGrace I don't have a planner right now because I didn't really need one, but now my daughter started preschool, my husband's schedule has changed, and I found FlyLady around June. I am currently doing the Secret Slob's 21 days to a clean home, and want to be ready to dive in now that I have a few hours to myself without my little terrorist 4 days a week! I also want to be better about meal planning. I really like the SIHA planner but I like all the stuff in the PPP planner and nit having to write everything every week 😭. I can't decide!
I prefer the She’s In Her Apron, as I’m used to the vertical style, having used a vertical Happy Planner in the past. I also love the focus on menu planning and food inventory. The Penny Pincher has too many details on the weekly pages, which are not necessarily applicable for me. The She’s in Her Apron planner lets you fill in your own details and lists.
Yes and No. it depends on how you need to see it all laid out and how closely you follow the FL routines. The morning and evening routines are pretty normal. Do the ones you want and leave the rest. As far as the Weekly Home Blessing items, most of them are spread throughout the week as a daily task…Mon. - dust, vacuum ,Tues - Mop, Thurs - change sheets, plus some other things. You can choose to do those things all at once or spread them throughout the week and then just check them off as you do them. There is room to add in zone cleaning if you would like. You could also use the Monthly Task page to list out your zone tasks and then check them off each month. The planner is really it’s own Cleaning Routine that is different from FlyLady, but can be worked around. It really just depends on how you like to see your cleaning laid out. I like to follow the planner for most things and then add in Zone Cleaning if I want to.
They both look like awesome planners. Each has features that I like. But, I do prefer the Happy Planner. I can customize and laminate my lists to reuse. I recently had to build a medical planner for my husband. Daily symptoms, hospital stays, Dr visits, medications, family history etc. 5 Dr's who didn't have same network to share info. Happy Planner did recently offer a medical extension pack that I like.
Yes, they both really are great for different things. The Happy Planner is really nice for flexibility. It’s all about figuring out what will work the best for you. I use a HP for homeschool.

You are sweet! Thank you.
If those two planners had a baby, it would be amazing!
😂😂😂
That is exactly what I was thinking!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was thinking the same thing!
I definitely think the penny pincher planner looks a lot nicer!
They're both nice, but I think I still prefer my Happy Planner. I love that the pages are removable and I can customize everything to fit me.
The Happy Planners are great for flexibility!

There will be a PDF with the Monday start. (I’m a Monday person and PPP planner user. And the mini planner is Monday start)
Nikki, you’re just fantastic! Love your planner reviews! Thank you! ❤️
Thank you! Hope it was helpful. ❤️

I hope you enjoy this planner, it really is an open and go planner! That is my favorite thing about it.
Thank you . Planning to get 2023.

I love my passionate penny pincher planner- long term customer❤
It’s so good!

Great comparison of the two planners! Thank you!

Does this planner follow the flylady with the preprinted routines?
The Passionate Penny Pincher Planner does NOT follow Flylady Routines.
Do you think we could use the passionate planner with flylady routines?

@@CarryGrace thank you! I was thinking the seasonal cleaning list could be the things i do in each zone as i go. So it would prob workout nicely.
do you get to finish the entire Bible with the PPP Bible reading guide list in this home planner
?
No, 2021 is the New Testament and 2022 will be the Old Testament.,
