Heated and pasteurized honey isnt RAW because it was essentially COOKED. Raw just mean NOT COOKED. You should do some reading up on Raw food nutrient content vs Cooked/heated/pasteurized. Try to finds a whole foods store.

hunting for raw honey is hard. i want raw honey to be a part of my weekly or monthly consumption but i just can't find any in stores or supermarkets. i live in germany btw.
